My first log here on AM. Been great learning on here Thanks to all who guided me the last 6 months!!
I will be doing the LG TriFecta Stack! I have the XL bottles and will be starting on Monday 3/8/10. Looking for insight on dosing from users or Reps. Im 6'3" 255lbs. I have been working on my diet like crazy the last 4 weeks and am to the point were i feel its a GO!!
So for the Stack i will be using the Methyl 1-D and the Methyl Masterdrol. My PCT will consist of the Highly talked about recently Test Booster Formadrol Extreme. I will also incorporate USP Labs Prime into my PCT to help keep strength rolling along.I have enough Nolva if needed to run 20/20/10/10
My goal for this stack is to really cut some AB fat,Lean out and just stay consistent with my strength. I worked hard to Bulk from 210 to 255lb so i just want to polish the frame a little with this stack.
I have ran E-stane and Hdrol before. They were my first go arounds so i did not have all the pieces in place for them so most my gains were temporary. For this run I have Everything needed including some leftover Nolva Pills (Not that i need them) but i have them.
My WO days looks like this
Monday Chest- 5 exercises 5 sets 12 Reps each superset with Pushups. Then i do 2 exercises for my Tri's 5 sets 12 reps. Then i usually do 15 minutes Hiit on the treadmill.
Tuesday Back and Bi's same philosophy 5 exercises 5 sets 12 reps for back. 2 exercisies 5 sets 12 reps Bi's. 15 Minutes Hiit Training
Wednsday Legs. Love Legs nothing better then walking crooked out of a Gym!!
Thursday Shoulders Same idea 5 Exercises 5 Sets 12 Reps. I also do a Pyramid set for Flat Chest. I will do 185lb 2 reps, 205lb 2 Reps, 225 2 Reps, 245, 2 Reps, then come back down to just a plate and do a burnout of reverse grip BP.
Friday Bi's and Tri's Same as the above and throw in 15 minutes of Hiit Training at the end.
I change my workout weekly so will update when that happens. Monday will be my heavy week so i will start at 5x5 for that week then going to the above for 3 weeks.
I am a straight shooter. Im your average lifter trying to prolong my life. I have a Medical condition Multiple Sclerosis but im still dedicated 100%. Went over everything with my Doctor he approved this stack and i will have blood test done evey 4 weeks starting Monday.
Love to hear thoughts on what you guys think is wrong or what is good. I have came along way. 2 years ago i could not get the bar now i Bench 275 fairly easy and the 315 twice.
Some Measurements that i have Arms 20 1/8", Chest 50 3/8", Quads, Calves will get on leg day.
Thanks for whoever follows. I tell it like it is. Im not being paid im sticking with the diet included in the box and plan on giving LG either tons of Props or ...... Well lets focus on the props. We all know LG is the best 1 or 2 makers on AM that make very good products my hat goes off to them.
