yes dbol is odd many abuse it EVEN ON HERE (TURDS) try 25mg thats all u need every 4 hrs 5mg or every 8hrs 10mgs. something liek that. 25 equals huge protein synthesis and little to no water gains run that for like 2months great results like 8lbs of pure muscle~ IRON LIVERô________ *[It's just advice man, that's all it is! i used 70mg of dbol and 25mg....... SAME RESULTS!!!!! except dbol on 70 gave my nipples itchy ( means gyno is commin if not carefull)~ IRON LIVERô________ *[It's just advice man, that's all it is! You can take or do whatever the FCUK you wanna do!]

So 25mg's of dbol can yeild results ran as a solo compound? I have always read it was useless to run Dbol solo as most of the gains just vanish afterwards.
I may try a 50mg run but im close to doing some test. I have some Test P and some Decca Vet Grade but am still researching all the how to guides out there.

Good to know. I just figured i would use 25-50mg to jumpstart my Test Cycle but its good to know that if i chicken out i can still use them solo. Although im 100% sure the sides are worst for DBol versus Test.

Just from what i have researched its legit. I think i read it originates from Taiwan (Maybe im wrong here) but i did the smash test (Hard as hell to break yet it broke right in 2 on the line) and color was same even in the middle. Plus my buddy jumpstarted his Test run with the same batch and was feeling and looking good 2 weeks in to his jumpstart.btw drop the dbol in sulfuric acid, if it become dark red or purple... its realdeal dbol

Weight 239.8 (What?????????? Yessssssssss!!!!!!!!
Weight is falling off phenominally!! Also checked LBM by a old timer at the gym. I was 15.6%BF,192LBM which is the first time ive checked that which he told me is great for my frame. Strength is there went thru this workout like "Damn am i done?" Excited on the progress hands down. Feeling strong Reps are easy 12+ Going to do this week as Normal rep wise then go Balls to the wall next week. I may also go 6 weeks with this stack. Next week will be the factor if i do it or not.
I supersetted the first exercise then alternated
T-Row Machine (Alternated Grip Wide,Close,Wide,Close,Wide)
Straight Bar Curls (Super Setted w/above)
Seated Rows (Row Machine)
Bent Over BB Rows
Seated Single Arm Curls
Flat Overhead DB's Raises
Then I did Ab's and Ellipticalled (Spelling?) 2.10 miles 25 minutes

Did Legs and some Chest today and i can Finally feel the strength!! So ive lost over 1.5% of BF and im as strong as ever dropping 12+lb's in 16 Days. Had a good W/O today threw in some Heavy Chest Reps at the end of Legs and thats were i felt the strength Increase. Glad the strength has come i was starting to think it wouldn't happen. For the record im dosing 6 of each and im considering going to 7 as i feel great and think i can handle it. I have 2 full bottles of M1D and MM here so im good to do this.
Reverse Single Leg Curls
Calf's (Leg Press Machine)
Flat Bar Bell
Killed it today!!!

yah i told myself if i can't get to 205lb natrually without clen and m1-d i would not run them...... one week b4 my stack im 206lbs now just weight earlier i have used clen b4 and i never been this low. so now i am at all time lowest and about to use the best fat burning stack i have ever done.

my diet never changed except reducing alot of fat. only diff is i did cardio and used hydroxycut X once a day with leukic. LEUKIC does wonders and in my cycle will keep it for monring fasted cardio. btu yah urs is going well too ..... if u added clen u would have gotten CRAZY results

Actual Weight W/O takes about 70 minutes. Its a bam bam thing. Its me and 1 other guy. He lifts i lift when we do our 5 exercises its on to the next. I literally may take 30-60 seconds tops between everything. I dont believe in walking around talking and so on. Its so much easier to just knock it out.
Just to give a time frame. I get to gym on average day at 5 30 i warm up and we start at 5 35. Once we get to abs its 6 45 6 50 then i spend till 7-7 15 on cardio. Im home by 7 30.

My goal is 230 with the fat loss. I dont want to dip lower then that. Excellent results so far man, damn you have dropped some serious lbs in here!
I have to say watching what i eat a little more played a role but im sure the stack has contributed to alot of it.

Weight still looks good. This may be my rough stretch for weight as for me it tends to shed fast then hit a snag for 3-5 days then loose a few more. Im OK with that. Took it easy on my shoulders last nite. I will also go easy on arms and tri's today. Im going to be off Friday and Saturday so i thought i would relax for shoulders and arms because im planning on a good week to come. All out Balls to the wall push the last week!!

Bi's and Tri's
F**K!!! I said i was going to go easy but MAN I LOVE TO DO BI"S & TRI"S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Felt so strong today reps at 12 were easy but i did not do more for the fear of over training because i do as we all know by now on a normal day 5 exercises each Body Part and 12 reps each. I will say i woke up and my lats hurt to touch they are so sore. Thats how you know you had a good workout when you are sore from a back day 2 days ago!!
Before i get into my routine i was solo today did everything including abs and 30 minutes cardio in just under 2 hours. I supersetted all my bi's and tri's today. I would do a Bi then go righht into a tri. IM ON FIRE as i type!
Laying Down Flat Cable Curls (Supersetted all everything!!)
Skull Crushers (Close grip Knuckles together)
Standing DB Curls
Seated (45 degree) wide grip skull crushers
Seated (45 Degree Angle) DB Curls
Tri Kick Back's
Standing Cable Curls (Nor sure the name but i use a handle on each side of Machine and put my arms at a 90 Degree like a dumbell bress but i curl the handles and touch the side of my head)
Reverse tri pull downs
Close Grip BP
Did the AB ripper X routine for Ab's as i have it memorized . Then spent 30 Minutes on the eliptical (Spelling?) just over 3 miles.
Be back on Sunday for Chest. I plan on going for personal records this upcoming week. Not for 1-2 rep Max's but my 12 rep maxes.
Also am adding OEP Starting Sunday and My PCT will now be OEP (Carried over for 4 weeks) Prime (for 6 weeks) and Formadrol Extreme. I also have just recieved my clomid if needed. Dont think i will but i have been eager to try this. Doing blood work April 5th will have my results April 7th (Wednsday) so ill go with what my blood work says. If my pre Cycle Test levels were 600 what would be the number to use clomid?

Its the BB Military Press 1 rep behind the head next rep touch your chest. Total 6 reps each side.
I for some reason cant help with my arm workout. I get rock hard after 3 ecercises but my dumb ass keeps going. My arms are groing though so untill i plateau ill keep at it.

You can do dropsets with the Lucky Charms routine... Just eat half and continue!!!
Sounds brutal, maybe im not ready for that yet. Maybe the normal size boxes but i be damn if ima drop set some Sams type boxes!!

225x6 Then stripped to 135x12
245x6 Then went to 185x6

Reverse underhand Tri extensions.
Tri Push Downs (Cable Machine)
220x5 (Entire Rack! OH YAAA!!!!)
Abs for 200 Reps Misc. and 15 minutes on the bike
