I think the AS GT will have the Psarm in it that he will be taking. I don't know if the 2 can be run together

Day 1:

Dosed 6 caps of Natadrol and 4 caps of PSARM today.

Thoughts:

Man placebo is a wonderful drug. Today I had a very good workout. I am sure part of it is just being back in the gym full steam ahead and lifting heavy.

Workout:

As I stated earlier I am doing a full body split routine that one of the members of AM has put together for me. I have to say it is one of the most challenging workouts I have done and it has already helped some of my muscles pop and maybe leaned me out a tad. Also the drop sets are killer for someone that has been a 3 set x 10 workout kinda guy since starting bodybuilding. The last set is the dropset and seperated by ().

Workout 1
Pullup/Chin up Superset
8 pullups + 8 chinups, 8 pullups + 6 chinups, 8 pullups + 4 chinups

Decline Bench
135 x 10, 225 x 8, (255 x 6, 235 x 5, 225 x 4) (The burn and pump was killer)

Wide Grip Upright Rows
60 x 10, 75 x 8, (75 x 8, 65 x 8, 60 x 7)

T Cups
12.5 x 10, 15 x 8, (17.5 x 8, 12.5 x 8, 10 x 6) (I couldn't lift my arms after...Soo good)

Leg Press (My back is still not ready to really push it on legs)
8 plates - 3 sets x 10

Rope Crunches
5 sets of 110 x 15

I was beat after this workout, but I know now that my body can handle the beating. I had 2 solid workouts this week and I will still be getting in some cardio/abs in tomorrow.

Unfortunately, they did not throw in any AS GT. I am not complaining because a bottle of Natadrol and PSARM is awesome. I have kept my eye out for when the new AS GT is launched and I will be buying it. It should go great in PCT with Formadrol!!!!!!

PCT - Undecided between Formadrol Extreme and T911. I rand Formadrol as a PCT for M-Drol back when I was really unexperienced and it worked great. I also really liked T911 when I ran that after MMV3/MMV2.

First of all......SUBBED!! Can't wait to see how you like the Natadrol. Should really help you in your goals to further cut weight and lean up.

Secondly......others have already mentioned the IC log showing the blood results of the tester who used the new Formadrol. Mighty impressive to say the least.
T-911 is also VERY effective. To date, it's the best PCT supp that I have yet to use.

Now the kicker......I think it was Irish Cannon himself who mentioned the possibility of combining both the Formadrol and T-911 for a most amazing PCT ever!! Of course you wouldn't want or need to run both at full dose. You could take 1/2 dose of each every day. You could take 1 cap of the Formadrol and 1 cap of T-911 at breakfast and the other 1 cap of Formadrol and 1 cap of T-911 45 minutes to one hour before your afternoon workouts.

I think you know what I would do here...........COMBO!!!

About to hit the gym, but wanted to give a quick note about PSARM. Although I never took the first one, I can say that I have had absolutely no stomach issues with this Yohimbine free PSARM.

Is that the issue people had with it with the yohimbine? High doses of YHCL can get a little uncomfortable if you don't have them with food.

LG, is the M 1-D PSarm at the LG site a combination of M 1-D and PSarm or is M 1-D just in the name and it is only PSarm? Also do you know if PSarms are ok in natural competitions?

Psarm the was the overseas version of M1-D due to restrictions..it is not a combo of both products

Was the Osthole changed in the AS GT from the original? The original had my stomach in fits. The new version was not an issue.

ND "kicked in" mood-wise for me on about the 4th day (out of an epic 7-day cycle!), but I know for others it took longer. I just seem to be very sensitive to all things hormonal.

Always great to have my boy MattyO in the house. The PSARM thing really had me excited to try since it has what appears to be all positives with the only previous negative being upset stomach. Now you add that to the Natadrol and it should make one sweet, NO SIDES, growth stack.

The back is better or atlease the spinal injection is covering the pain up. Regardless, I am back and tearing up the steel!

day 4 is fast!.. It really kicked in for me around day 7..and was very noticeable, what really hit me was waking up so dam hungry!
