What's going on everyone? I will be starting a brand new stack for myself on March 1st. My stack will look like this:
Pre-Workout: Jacked, Hemodraulix, and Creapure
Intra-Workout:Xtend
Post-Workout: Xtend and Creapure
On this stack I will be looking to gain 15lbs.
I will also be taking:
Fish Oil: 3,600mg a day
Opti Men Multi Vit
ON Whey Protein
I am 18 yrs. old, 6'1 180lbs. I am a college student and work 4 times a week. I wokout on Monday, Tues,Wednesday,Thurs . I am off Friday Sat and Sundays.
Mon:Chest/Tris/Abs
Tue:Legs/Calves
Wed:Back/Bi's/Abs
Thurs: Shoulders/Traps/Calves
I am on a bulking diet. Meals 6 times a day, the only time I will be eating a non bulking meal will be once a day because I will e at school. I usually eat 2 pieces of pizza and a liter of water. So it's not too bad. Other than that I stick with the bulking basics. Chicken, Steak, Sweet potato, brown rice , fish . Nothing to fancy.:burger:
