Not really sure what I'm doing tomorrow, my upper body just doesn't want to heal from the weights. I might go to grapping tomorrow, but if not I will go to grappling/wrestling on thursday.

    Stomach has felt so bad today, I don't know whats up maybe a little virus thing or over stress this week, so bloated, hopefully I feel better tomorrow.

    I am done to 2 Pumps of Formestane a day now, when the week is over I will go down to 1 Pump a day for a week then get off.

    Joints- 6/10 Knee is weird, I have a little bump that keeps sticking out of my knee during Leg workouts or on the bike during Cardio, doesn't hurt, but looks like a little bone:S, sticks out a lot:S, o well no pain is good lol. Foot sore as ****
    Endurance- 9/10 Better and Better
    Strength- 10/10 Felt lots of power in the punches
    Quality of Training- 9/10 Perfect - no sparring
    Pump and Vascularity- 10/10 Very Pumped
    Muscle Hardness/Density- 8/10 Upper body looked lean, little bloated

    Overall Sense of Feeling- 9/10 good day, pretty sore, Cramps in the morning bad but went away.

    Today went really good - the fact when I went to the MMA gym to do kickboxing....NO ONE WAS THERE LIKE WTF!!! so that sucked ass, so I went home and did a kickboxing workout, good workout, but I really wanted to spar tonight. Stack is going good, gonna miss it when I'm done.

    That is a bummer do they have any heavy bag that you can kick the crap out of?
