MST Somnidren GH Sponsered Log

Big thanks for MST for letting me log this product in an "off" way. Thursday I had my vasectomy reversed and am going to use this product to hopefully speed up recovery time. I am supposed to be out of the gym for 3-4 weeks but am hoping to start back up with some TUT training in 15 days or so.

I am very sore and swollen from the procedure still and Thursday I had a terrible time sleeping, on Friday I received the Somnidren in the mail and I was very very happy that it came so close after my surgery.

Day 1:
I took the recommended 1 scoop directly in the mouth before washing it down with some water. Shortly after, I felt extremely relaxed and had a tingly sensation that the bottle said was sometime accompanied by this product. I had a fantastic nights sleep to say the least.

Day 2:
This time, I mixed 1 scoop in water, and noticed the tingly sensation was not there and it took me a bit to get to sleep, but once I was asleep, I had very very restful sleep.

Day 3: Went back to taking the 1 scoop in the mouth and washed down with water, and had the same effects from the first night, so from here on out this is how I will be dosing it instead of mixing in water. Sleep continues to get better each night, I am following the 5 on 2 off dosing protocol recommended on the bottle.

Day 4: Today I am much more moble, albeit still very swollen, but mobility is getting much much better. Pain isnt as bad as it has been the past few days, and I've been off the Lortabs (prescribed for the post op pain) for 2 days now. I will update tonights sleep tomorrow morning.

glad to see your thoughts for days 1-4. With the sublingual (powder in mouth) dosing, i've noticed it works the fastest and strongest when I don't use any liquid at all. Just let the powder absorb under your tongue and you'll see what I mean ;)

Day 4 and 5 were dosed again directly from the scoop in the mouth for 30 seconds and washed down with water. Sleep continues to be productive. I did wake up after 3 hours of sleep and felt fully rested, but I have been laying around alot for the past few days trying to heal up and take it easy.

Today is the first day I feel somewhat "normal" without much pain, so I hope this continues. Tonight is my off night as well as Thursday night, and I will begin Somnidren back up on Friday to start my 5 on again.

today is the first day i've not had any real pain, and can almost walk normal now. If things continue, I may be back in the gym next week doing some very very light time under tension stuff, upper body only.. that would be a week sooner than I had originally planned.. woo hoo.

Friday-Sunday sleep was excellent. I'm actually going to make it into the gym tomorrow for the first time. I feel really good, almost fully recovered, still some very slight swelling, and very very mild pain, but overall I feel as close to normal as I have in the past week and a half. Tomorrow will just be chest/biceps and be TUT style, nothing major.

I'm really digging Somnidren, gives me the tingles after I take it, and shortly after, I'm out like a light. Only thing is, I wake up in the middle of the night and feel fully rested lol..

I had this issue for a while when I was working overnight shifts. I'd take S-GH around 8am and was out by 8:30am but up around Noon feeling like I slept 10 hours, haha.

Im sure it will pass...it did for me :)

slept very well again last night, still waking up in the middle of the night feeling fully rested, but I have no problem going back to sleep for the remainder of the night. Today (weather permitting), will be my first day back in the gym.

Felt good to get back in the gym yesterday. Kept the weights light, the reps slow, and the blood pumping. I'm still very weary yet to dig deep to cause my core to really tighten, but i'm not even 2 weeks post op yet.

Sleep was epic last night (if you can call sleep epic), I woke up and almost didnt know where I was. I was still tired and could have used a few more hours of sleep, but I know the sleep I did get (8+ hours) was fantastic..

Tonight and tomorrow are my off nights from Somnidren.

I actually slept very well last night even with it being an off night from Somnidren. I was pretty much asleep on the couch around 8:30pm last night. Once I made it to the bed, I was out for the night. Tonight is an off night as well and I resume tomorrow night.

I will be hitting the gym today as well, back and triceps are on the menu, but I am keeping it light.

Have you tried to do 1/2scoop pre-workout yet? works quite well.
havent tried that yet, still just lifting very very light. Maybe once the doctor clears me, the last week of Somnidren I may try that once I start working with heavier weights.

it will still be a slight relaxant, so its something to work into, but its a solid pump, with a decent bit of focus. Sometimes its easy to get too psyched and get yourself out of breathe and screw up a lift, thats where this is really key. I wouldn't use it on leg days though, just a personal preference

might have to see then, i dont like to be relaxed when i lift, usually crank up some Lamb of God and try and murder the weights. I'll give it a try though.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday night were all great sleep wise. Seems sleep just gets better and better, although last night I did wake up quite early and felt completely rested again.

I have my dr appointment today and am hoping he'll clear me to start hitting the weights hard today. I was going to go to the gym today, however, we had a great deal of snow dropped on us last night and the roads are crap, so i'm heading straight home after work.

hope the doc visit goes/went well, sucks when you can't lift...
Doctors visit went great yesterday, he said I can start doing things I want to do now. So I'm def. hitting the gym up today and am going to push the weights to see where I stand.. I feel I've not lost much, if any, size, and I feel the strength is still there, but I'm mildly afraid of pushing too hard (which I think is warranted considering), but I'm going to push myself from here on out now that I have Dr's clearance.

Slept great last night, been going through some personal crap the past few weeks and kinda had a breakdown last night, so I figured I wouldnt sleep well, but Somnidren worked its magic on me and I slept great.

I doubt they will clear up anytime soon..custody type stuff..

Yesterdays workout went well. I did legs and went with occlusion training for my quads. Everything felt great and strength was still there. Hamstrings felt awesome too, and it feels very nice to finally get back into the gym and move some weight around. My glutes are a bit sore today, but that is to be expected, I havent worked legs in about 2.5 - 3 weeks. Tomorrow is chest/bi/tri for me and am looking forward to getting a retarded pump that I have so missed.

Sleep last night was wonderful, and it appears I have close to another week of Somnidren left :( Today is my last "on" day before my two "off" days from Somnidren.

well its sad that you only have about a week left....but I am so glad to see how it has helped you so far.

I have some friends with custody/support issues...I know how tough it must be. I'm guessing now that you aren't with that person then thats why you wanted the reversal huh? Chance to have some little tattoopierced-lings with someone else? lol

You got it. I got remarried and figured while I was single (which I had already settled in my head I was going to be the rest of my life), I didnt need any more kids running around. I still dont regret getting it done even though the reversal was a pain..better that I go through discomfort than put a childs life through any strife from not having their parents not together.

Last nights sleep sucked for me, was an off night from Somnidren, and it was the first night off that my sleep was terrible..I'm hoping this was just a fluke cause if not, I'm surely going to become addicted to Somnidren.

Felt good to get back in the gym full force yesterday. Went close to what I was doing pre surgery with the weights and everything felt great, usually do 125+ for db presses and did the 100lb dbs for 3x10 no problem so I'll go back to what I'm used to doing next week.

Last nights off sleep was alright, I get to use Somnidren tonight, so I'm looking forward to that. On tap for the weekend is my birthday (yay for cake), UFC, and some great sleep. Cant get much better than that.

I believe tonight or tomorrow to be my last few nights of Somnidren. It has been a great run so far, I've felt great, had great sleep, great recovery, and I believe this to have helped me heal up and get back to my normal self gym wise, after my surgery. Will be posting up a final review over the next few days.

Final Review

I was fortunate enough to be selected as a tester for MST's Somnidren GH. I was logging this product outside of the normal log that you'd usually see on this board, and was primarily using it post op to get back into the gym as quick as possible, and to retain what I did have pre surgery.

I had a great experience with Somnidren, and can say 100% that it does exactly what it says with improved sleep, anti-stress, and recovery. I noticed no decline in any of these throughout the run, something my body usually develops a tolerance to over time, but everything performed the way it did at the end of my run, as it did the beginning in terms of consistency of the product.

Taste was great, was a nice citrus flavor with a very very mild herb taste to it, and I found the best way for me to take it was to pour the scoop directly in my mouth, let sit under the tongue for 30-60 seconds, and wash down with water. I could feel the effects of it working within 15-30 minutes this way.

Dosing was followed per the bottle, and I believe this to be the best way to use this product, 5 days on, 2 days off. I noticed no tolerance build up this way.

Strength and size stayed pretty much the same, despite a 2.5 week layoff from hard working in the gym. My deadlift reps went down a bit (405 3 sets of 6-8, to 405 3 sets of 3), but everything else for the most part stayed the same, which given the surgery I had, is pretty darn good. I notice no increase in fat accumulation or changes in my body composition either, a good sign that the GH effects were working.

Overall, I give this product a 9/10. I had to debate on giving it a 10 score, because it did perform like the label said, and never disappointed. However, giving something a perfect score is impossible to me, as there is always room for improvement with anything, however with Somnidren GH, I have a hard time thinking of a way to make this product better than it already is.

I am going to give this another run soon and see how it affects me now that I'm back in the gym.

Thanks for the opportunity to log this product, and to those of you that followed along, thank you.

again, a great deal of thanks and praise sir. The surgery you had to go through and the recovery you made were phenomenal in such a short amount of time. thank you for logging this for us and good luck getting your deadlifts back up to par ;)
