    Did anothe 2 tab dosing, good constant energy. I was doing good until the squats. I planned on going for 8 reps but I was just struggling with warmups so I did the minimum Nothing really new to report, 2 tabs is where its at!!
    i wonder if you stacked atp tabs with ragnarok if 1 would make a big difference or if you would still need 2? trying to see if i can budget this in-1 a day is much more feasible than 2 and i already have the rag.

    Hmm i couldnt realy tell ya, after my rag log I started finish up my old tubs that I had lying around lol. currently just using this but that would be a good combo. price is right for this product tho $10 isnt bad

    Had another good lift, energy as steady and constant the entire time. Tomorrow will be my last day of 2 tabs and Im going to go back to 1 tab to see the difference. This a good pre workout item tho, endurance seems to be way up every time I lift now!

    sounds like 1 tab might be nice with the rag then, i am only using the rag 2 x a week on lifting days.

    Ok so today was the last day of dosing 2x tabs, tuesday Ill go back to 1 tab to really compare! Good endurance the entire time, its like Im not tired by my muscles are beat. legs shaking but feels like I could do more reps / weight when Im having trouble walking lol. Stay tuned!

    Another awesome lift!! Dosed 1 tab today and to be honest, I cant tell much of a difference between 1 and 2. I did get a little run down towards teh end of seated row but nothing major. I just had to suck it up. My lift went a little "slower" today, was working at the gym and lots of questions / people buying stuff. completed in about ~1hour vs my normal 45 mins. Still solid.

    Im going to mix up the 1-2 tabs this week. Good **** tho!

    If you were doing a HIT type possibly. Otherwise I don't think they would give you much.

    Hmm i dunno could be effective for like a longer jog IMO. I cant confirm it cuz I do my cardio 30mins of walking on an empty stomach every morning.

    Cable Curls 1 Handed (cable weight is off)
    Left 100 x 7 + 3 + 3 = 13
    Right 100 x 9 + 3 + 0 = 12

    Lift is lost, will be doing 2 handed cable curls Im thinking or maybe drag curls

    SLDL

    480 x 8 (wow so ez)

    Another kickass lift, digging the DC training but onto the ATP tabs.

    Doing some more experimenting with them. I stracked 1 tab w/ 2 scoops of vasocharge and it was definately better than by itself. I use vasocharge pretty frequently, theres a site where buy 1 thing of xtend and get a tub for liek $1 extra so I always got vasocharge.

    but yea, 1 tab + vaso = superior to 2 tabs. Off day tomorrow but Im goign to try 2 atp tabs with vaso and on Friday. Trying every possible combo I can to get the scoop on these

    its fun lol! reccomended dosing is just a guidline, Ive realized the more you experiement the better the supp becomes, well usually lol

    GP, on the SLDL you don't rest pause this. The risk is too great for the back. You do one heavy set of 6-8 reps and then a backoff set with lighter weight of 12 reps. When 8 is easy on the heavy set the poundage increases..same for backoff. I rest about 2 minutes between... I also like to plug and play with different supps!

    Yeah Dante suggested not to rest pause DL / SLDL / RDLs due to form dropping when your start getting tired. Im pretty use to doing high rep SLDLs like 15+ so I figured Id give it a go.
