I'll keep this review simple. I purchased IBE formex several months ago during the sale, after noting massive positive feedback. I ran a 4 week cycle. I have been lifting for around 7 years, and do a 5 day a week split.
How I dosed: I varied my dosing. I did first week at 50mg, 1/1. The middle two weeks I dosed renegade style 25/75 (1/1 and a pill before gym).
Results:
Drastically increased oil on face: This did eventually lead to some breakouts by week 4.
Enhanced vascularity: Veins were popping most times during the day and especially during workouts.
Enhanced pumps: Workout pumps were noticeably better. Basically every day was a day where my full body would get a pump. They tended to linger well after my workout.
Enhanced strength/endurance: The strength gains were steady, but the kind that make each workout feel productive. I didn't max out on Formex, but added probably 3-5 reps to most exercises. A substantial gain for one who has been lifting so long.
Enhanced aggression: I hesitate to note this sort of thing. I don't want to be one of those placebo people, and this is certainly not a side I think would effect everyone. However, by week three I had several outbursts (was asked to leave a bar) and had as much raw anger as I have had since I was 14. If you are into MMA or contact sports, this could be a real benefit. If you live with your mom it may not seem so hot.
Drastically enhanced appetite: This may have been the most prominent side of my Formex run. I ate like a horse. I had problems getting full. I wasn't bulking and managed to add about 4 lbs. Pretty cool.
Mild libido lift?: Formex certainly didn't hurt my libido. I just can't say that it really boosted it, which it tends to do for some. Full disclosure, my gf was visiting while I took this. When you're going 3-5 times a day you may not notice any real increase. If I had been celibate, things may be different.
I would use the product again, and if I thought I could handle the sides (acne, aggression) from week 3-8, I would do a longer run.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I had used Transdermal Form before. Honestly, I preferred Formex -- ease of dosing and IMO, more dramatic results. To get similar results from the TD form, I had to dose over 200mg. It was not as cost effective.
