    What is so special about TestoPRO™?

    Well for starters, it contains an ingredient that had been clinically proven to raise testosterone, in humans! What is this ingredient you ask? It is nothing else but TestoFen.

    Testofen is an extract of fenugreek seed containing the steroidal saponins, sapogenins and furostanol saponins , which are important precursors for the synthesis of a number of sex hormones. Only that while losing a substantial amount of fat in the skin fold thickness, participants gained an equal amount of muscle. So they were losing fat and gaining muscle mass, at the same time! Blood Urea nitrogen levels were significantly reduced after consumption of Testofen. This shows reduction in protein catabolism. This confirms muscle mass build up during the study while skin fold decrease took place. This all sounds well and good, but what about safety of Testofen? All these parameters were normal for all participants; Heart Rate, Blood Glucose Levels, Body Temperature, Blood Pressure, Respiratory Rates, Alkaline Phosphate, Bilirubin [ Total, Direct and Indirect ], Creatinine, Haemoglobin, Haematocrit, MCV, MCHC, RBC Count, WBC Count, Platelets, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Basophils, Eosinophils, and Neutrophils.

    What else is beneficial in TestoPRO™?

    Thanks for asking. Not only does TestoPRO™ contain one ingredient proven to raise free testosterone, but it contains two. The other one is Divanil, a compound also proven to raise free testosterone by binding to sex-hormone-binding-globulin, or SHBG. SHBG is a glycoprotein that binds to sex hormones, specifically testosterone and estradiol. By using Divanil, a potent inhibitor of SHBG, we are able to dramatically increase the levels of free testosterone in the body. Free testosterone is the only form of testosterone able to enter the cell and cause the positive benefits that testosterone will provide.

    I know, you have heard that some testosterone boosters can cause issues with libido, and even raising estrogen, but that will not be the case with TestoPRO™. The metabolism of estradiol results primarily in either 2-hydroxyestrone or 16a-hydroxyestrone, and to a lesser extent 4-hydroxyestrone. It is known that 16a-hydroxyestrone causes proliferation of some breast tumor cell lines, while the alternative metabolite, 2-hydroxyestrone, demonstrates anti-estrogenic and anti-proliferative activity. Indole-3-Carbinol helps the body to modulate estrogen to degrade into the healthier of the alternatives, as opposed to the other. 2-hydroxyestrone, as you read, has anti-estrogenic properties.

    Now, none of these ingredients do much good if they aren’t active in your system long enough to reap the desired effects, so we have included two ingredients that help with increasing the bio-availability and maybe even increasing the amount of time these substances are active in your body.     Workout will be similar to this, I will make some edits, as this was my workout leading up to my show in 2009. I am working out at home so some things will be changed.

    The Diet
    I will be consuming mass amounts of protein, moderate amounts of fats, and carbs will be somewhat limited. I have found recently I may be suffering from metabolic syndrome and I get some interesting results with my BG levels. I will be doing a little experimentation with the Glycobol to see if I can fuel my body with carbs. Right now I have no urge to eat carbs, or any higher amounts as I don't want to deal with the issue. Any comments regarding this, please keep to pm so it doesn't clutter the thread (no disrespect).

    Breakfast: eggs, sausage, oatmeal
    Postworkout: bcaa's
    1hr postworkout: chicken, almonds or muscle milk
    lunch: ground round with cheese
    snack: muscle milk or shake
    dinner: chicken or steak
    late snack: chicken, beef, or whey shake

    Not DC style, I don't really like the idea of holding a weight in some of the stretches, I just use my body weight and hold.

    Initial Weight: 199.5
    Waist (belly button): 33.75 (really bad for me, usually around 32)
    BF%: 12

    I did my Chest/Back day today and it went well, not as strong as I had hoped but it still went well. Life is different when training on your own in your basement. The environment is somewhat dead and there is no real hyping up or getting amped up for lifts. For some reason the weights just feel heavier at home.

    Noted Factors:

    Strength: **.5 Neutral at this point
    Vascularity: **.5 I am not a vascular point so also remains neutral
    Leanness/Recomp: **.5 Neutral
    Libido: **.5 Neutral
    Pump Effects (from glycobol on its own): *** This is up slightly, chest has been full all day, which isn't always the case.

    I should note some things about my diet. It is 95% clean during the week and about 80% clean on the weekend. This is the norm for me, and I feel it still works for me, and if I feel it becomes a negative factor I will change it. I have noticed a change in my BG levels and those issues have since subsided. I stopped using my Body Octane, and sad to say it fixed my issues. I am guessing something made my quite sensitive to food, especially carbs of any type. Not dissing MAN, its just that everyone responds differently.

    the glycobol really acts fast, when i ran testopro the first time i had sample bottles of glycobol and stoked that i ran at the beginning of testopro. i firmly believe this kickstarted the effects of testopro. the 2nd time i ran testopro i ran it solo and while i had great results it seemed to take longer to fully kick in.

    Agree here, I continue to feel leaner even without a strict diet, but the tpro hasn't exactly kicked in yet.

    DaY 2-3

    Day 2 was legs, which was kind of good, kind of shotty, felt somewhat drained which really sucked, and transferred to a half-a$$ed workout.

    Day 3 was shoulders n arms, which went ok, it was nice to get more weight in my basement, as I really like dec close grip bench. I need some dip bars and I'll be golden. Felt swole, but need to do some weight logging, otherwise I won't be getting far.

    Noted Factors:

    Strength: ** Slightly down at this point, not feeling much
    Vascularity: **.5 Not down or up, felt pumped, but not vascular
    Leanness/Recomp: *** Waist feels slightly smaller
    Libido: **.5 Wifey is in baby mode, so it's stolen from me before I get a chance to have a spike
    Pump Effects (from glycobol on its own): ***.5 Possibly from the ragnarok, especially this early on.

    Again, it's hard to get pumped working out in my basement. I am hoping to get in a groove. I've also got to finish painting the walls, even though the dinginess is welcoming. I like the dungeon feel, but I don't like the not done feel. I also may get some mirrors, not to check myself out, but again more of a gym feel. Ooooo I need a surge protector as well, glad I wrote this as a refresher!

    DaY 2-3

    Day 2 was legs, which was kind of good, kind of shotty, felt somewhat drained which really sucked, and transferred to a half-a$$ed workout.

    Day 3 was shoulders n arms, which went ok, it was nice to get more weight in my basement, as I really like dec close grip bench. I need some dip bars and I'll be golden. Felt swole, but need to do some weight logging, otherwise I won't be getting far.

    Noted Factors:
    5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
    Strength: ** Slightly down at this point, not feeling much
    Vascularity: **.5 Not down or up, felt pumped, but not vascular
    Leanness/Recomp: *** Waist feels slightly smaller
    Libido: **.5 Wifey is in baby mode, so it's stolen from me before I get a chance to have a spike
    Pump Effects (from glycobol on its own): ***.5 Possibly from the ragnarok, especially this early on.

    Again, it's hard to get pumped working out in my basement. I am hoping to get in a groove. I've also got to finish painting the walls, even though the dinginess is welcoming. I like the dungeon feel, but I don't like the not done feel. I also may get some mirrors, not to check myself out, but again more of a gym feel. Ooooo I need a surge protector as well, glad I wrote this as a refresher!

    well, hopefully life will stabilize in the coming months, things with work are not good at this point, and my wife is working limited hrs to finish up her masters, so we need to know we have an income before we start trying.

    We're in a similar situation. Everybody tells me that you can't wait til you have money and if you do you'll never have a kid...I think that's kind of unfair and irresponsible.

    Anyway, don't want to derail this before it really gets rolling!

    ya, shes in psychology too, it makes for interesting arguments at times, lol. Not that it's bad, but sometimes when you say harsh things to someone, you can apologize and say you overreacted, but with a psychologist, they feel its deep-seated feelings that are coming out.

    Ya, see its not about not having money, as that relates to feeling like you don't have enough money to raise kids. I just want solid income (period) before I have a kid. Hopefully a job will roll around soon, as it appears to be on a downslide where I'm currently at.

    I've used p90x for a few different workouts, but not anything consistently. I used to do the advanced version of p90 years back and was pretty diced. I may need to re-situate in my basement to get a good cardio workout in, as the space is limited.

    I love p90x abs!
