Thanks again MST for this opportunity. I arrived home today to find the products in the mail so I’ll get things going right away. I will be running P90X for 4 weeks along with distance running, volleyball and basketball. I’ll breakdown my individual reviews like so.

Final Review​











Strength: Increased strength started right from day 1. My maximum reps in all exercises increased substantially. For instance here are some max reps from day 1 compared to max reps towards the end of the cycle.

Standard push up: Day 1(42reps) - Present (60reps)
Wide Front Pull ups: Day 1 (10reps) - Present (15reps)
Deep Swimmers Press: Day 1 (15reps with 35lbs) - Present (15reps with 45lbs)
Chair Dips: Day 1 (20reps) - Present (30+reps)
Dumbbell Bicep Curl: Day 1 (15reps with 30lbs) - Present (15+reps with 40lbs )

Things leveled off around the 3 week mark and increases were gradual but still there.

Pump: The pump is nothing short of phenomenal. As I mentioned, once the muscles are engorged after working out, movement is limited because they are so pumped, they are crazy tight and remained that way for ~4hours for me. When working larger muscle groups it appears as if one has gained ~5lbs I swear. Looking in the mirror is quite amusing really because you’ve transformed in 45 min. Little veins would appear deep in the muscle and the larger ones at the skin’s surface. But the little veins were almost spider like and spread throughout my chest and shoulders in particular. I then maintained what I would say was about 25% of my post workout pump. So in general I was holding a whole body fullness throughout the cycle. The workout pump did not diminish either, it was the same on Day 1 as it was on Day 30.

Endurance: Muscular endurance during weighted exercise was almost like somebody was erasing the burn. My rest between sets decreased big-time because my recovery time was cut in half. The burn would disappear within seconds and mid cycle it was hard to even find the burn, the muscle would just stop working, particularly biceps.

Cardio endurance also improved a ton. I wish I had got more road running in but the weather and snow made things risky since there was not shoulder to run on. But during plyometrics I was able to push myself further than I did before, maintain a high heart rate but feel so much better while there. My jump in volleyball was like that of last year when I ceased playing when the season was done. Explosive!!

Libido: Libido stayed pretty much normal for me, my desire that it. But there were times where it seemed to improve the pump in that area..lol…and I would feel it within an hour of dosing.

Fat Loss: Fat loss was not amplified by these products in my opinion, nor did I expect it too. It was simply my own monitoring of how I was eating that caused the little fatloss that I achieved. I wish I had of followed a more strict diet.

Overall Feeling:
These products will deliver massive results to any athlete no matter what your goal or sport, and do it naturally!! It will improve many facets of your game, more explosive in sports like basketball, volleyball, sprinting, better aerobic and anaerobic endurance during prolonged activity, and huge strength increases if you’re a bodybuilder or power lifter. Plus the ingredients will improve on your health. My feeling of well being was good the whole time. The Cre-02 improved what I call “my intake of air”, almost like things opened up more and I was able to inhale better and feel the wind entering my body. Also I forgot to mention how my sleep improved during this cycle too.

Only adverse side effects were one day when I ingested only protein and no carbs and it caused some toilet time. I simply added carbs the next time around and waited a little longer and had no problems.

I will be ordering both products in the near future but right now I am going to do a run of H-Blocker from I-Satori that I got at a discount and see how that stuff pans out.

Day1 – Chest and Back​

Strength: Because the last 2 weeks I have done no real resistance training, had a very poor diet and this being only day 1 of the trial, my strength was normal.

Pump: 10 min in it was obvious what muscle groups were being hit. My chest was really rounded and swole and I have little lats happening. Showering was a little awkward and the pump is still holding 3 hours later. Visually I’d say it looked like I gained 5-7 lbs in 45 mins because of the pump.

Endurance: I really noticed the lactic acid buffering around the 80min mark after dosing. About 20min into the workout, round 2 actually, the burn was down big-time in comparison to round 1. I was able to exhaust the muscle to negative failure with less pain than I would normally experience.

Libido: Wee bit of something happening down there.

Fat Loss: Again, obviously too early to comment but I did get chubby over Xmas and my abs are gone. So I got a good foundation for progress.

Overall Feeling: 20min after dosing my head got really clear, breathing became more “open” and deep. My overall feeling of well being improved and considering I had a long day of travel my stress levels have subsided alot. Let’s see if it’ll affect my sleep tonight.

Other comments: How long after dosing the Nitroceps is it ok to ingest protein? Oh and thanks for the samples too.

Depending on your digestion anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Those with fast digestion can get away with 30 min. You'll know if you ingest protein too early as your pump may not be as pronounced.

Day2 – Plyometrics​


Strength: I was getting airborne and was feeling the explosiveness that’s for sure.

Pump: From simply jumping around in one’s living room, you’d never expect your quads to get such nice pump.

Endurance: Here’s where it was apparent things were happening. My endurance was up slightly but I was able to maintain a higher heart rate yet feel less fatigue. During the whole routine but especially during the Jump Knee Tucks, I’d normally be gassed while maintaining 165 bpm but I was felt the same if not better while at 170 bpm. Now the reason it’s higher I’m sure is because of my last 2 weeks of minimal exercise and the extra 5 lbs of fat. But I am interested to see how things pan out as I loose fat and get back on track. I don’t know if that makes sense to anyone..lol.

Libido: Normal

Fat Loss: Too early to gauge

Overall Feeling: Same clear head and what seems like greater intake of air with 20mins of dosing. Felt good all day. Noticed my coffee had a little more kick from it this morning too.

Other comments:
I burned 650 calories in 30min of intense Plyo, pretty happy with that. Oh and I slept great last night, reason I mention this is because I dosed with 4 hours of going to bed. One thing to mention about today though was I started my Plyo 80min after dosing and sipped on 15gms of Isolate throughout the workout. I got some slight diarrhea from it, some next time I will wait a little longer and add some carbs.

have you tried citruvol xs? howd you compare it to Nitroceps. They seem like products that have similar goals. For me i picked up two bottle of XS due the price, i think it has a great profile and i like it. Is Nitroceps supposed to be the next level?

It seems like there is less citruline and more arginine in nitroceps, while also seeming to have a better Cordyceps Sinensis blend.

Althought the cap form of XS appeals to me more for preworkout, while nitro is Tabs, which are for all day pumps.

Day3 – Shoulders and Arms​



Strength: Without a doubt my strength is increasing much quicker than if I were on nothing. I think the lack of burn from the lactic acid really adds to it also.

Pump: Really rounded in the shoulders and triceps when I was done. I noticed little veins that are deeper under the skin appearing throughout my chest and delts when I looked in the mirror. Visually it looks like one gains ~5lbs after resistance exercise involving larger muscles. I’ll keep an eye on how long the pump lasts and if it progressively lasts longer as the cycle goes on.

Endurance: Found it really hard to exhaust the muscle today. I’ve done a couple of PH cycles in the past and it sort of feels the same way, like the muscle can be worked and worked and you leave questioning if you’ve done enough.

Libido: Hard to explain but I can feel subtle things happening within 30 mins of dosing

Fat Loss: Little of the waist today but still dimply from my recent poor diet. I will continue to eat clean though and get the abs showing again.

Overall Feeling: Clear and focused. Stress level is low.

Other comments: I slept like a baby last night. No stomach issues today, I took some carbs post workout this time and seemed like that was the problem.

Citruvol is basically a citrulline product with added goodies and quality ingredients. The Nitroceps is an advanced pump product with some other qualities we haven't touched on with other products, like a nice test boost.

No I know my own body well enough and have a good understanding on nutrition, so I tailor things my way.

At my age now I am trying to avoid heavy weight training and have given up on trying tto make large muscle gains. I'll hopefully minimize ailments later in my life. And so P90X seems to bring just that, and without any huge expenses.

may i ask would nitroceps and citrovul be a wise combination?? maybe a lil rag in there too oooo hahah or that seems to be to much. . .maybe cre02/nitro/citrovol/lil carnage?? oooo something to think about next stack hmmmm

well, the rag and nitro or nitro and cit would be good, all 3 would be over the top imo, but it all depends on dosing. I really like what cit mal has to offer, so citruvol is pretty much a staple for me.

Day4 – Kenpo and Ab Ripper​




Strength: Hard to judge since this workout was pretty much cardio. The Ab Ripper is unreal hard…but I could feel the diminished lactic burn when taking brief rests throughout certain exercises. My abs recovered a little quicker than normal so I was able to complete more reps and a more strict form.

Pump: I did get some pump in my legs and shoulders from the punching and kicking. After last night’s workout the pump faded a few hours later by the way but not completely. I am still holding a nice fullness throughout and my chest shows a little more outline and delts more detail.

Endurance: I feel much more comfortable aerobic wise when maintaining a higher heart rate. I will be running 5-6kms on Sat, I definitely expect improvements.

Libido: Same as mentioned before, subtle tingling happening.

Fat Loss: Stomach is showing more improvements everyday. The love handles are slowly getting smaller.

Overall Feeling: Good mood all day

Other comments: Muscles are a little sore. I am sweating a little more, thus trying harder to stay hydrated. Sleep is excellent. Focus and mood are at a high. Same thing happened again this morning when I had my coffee too, the kick from the caffeine was wicked and clean. I took carbs after my workout and had zero gastric issues. Legs and Back tomorrow with a run on Sat. Sun will be a Rest Day.

I am away this weekend and I may not be able to post again till Sunday evening but I will try.

Day5/6/7 – Legs / Cardio X/ Off Day​





Strength: During the Leg routine there is a point where you do wall squats for 1 min 30 and lower for 15sec then raise partially for 15 sec and repeat. I was able to maintain a perfect wall squat for the whole 1 min 30 secs, something I had never done before. I had not planned to do this but I simply felt good and my legs were not burning near the amount that I am used to. Hands down, every exercise was easier than normal.

Pump: Noticed the pump extending into the tear drop portion of my quads when I was doing Legs. I then had to squeeze into a fresh pair of jeans out of the drier and they were a lot tighter than normal around the quad. I liked it and it lasted I’d say ~4 hours.

Endurance: I was not able to get my run in because of weather. We had lots of snow come down and it was unsafe to run the roads. I reverted to Cardio X and enjoyed every min of it. Had a wicked sweat on and burned more calories than I would running, I know it. I really focused on the muscle during the leg routine in particular and when I stopped a particular exercise the burn dissipated immediately. It’s kind of neat how it feels too, almost like something is sucking it away.

Libido: My desire for sex remains the same but erection freq and rigidity are up.

Fat Loss: Abs showing a little more but it’s a slow process.

Overall Feeling: Good mood.

Other comments: I am not holding any water. I can sleep longer now. Normally 7.5 hours and I am out of bed but I seem to be able to easily sleep past this and get upwards of 10 hours and still feel good all day.

I am sweating more and require more deodorant than normal.

DOMS are nothing out of the ordinary. If I were to guess I’d say they are little less than what I’d expect from a 2 week lay off.

Today was an off day and I noticed a more fullness throughout after dosing, maybe 30min. I dosed at 3 pm and it’s now 4 hours later and it is still strong.

Tomorrow I restart the routine again. I am logging all my max reps, body weight, BF, and measurements.

Day8/9 – Chest and Back/Plyometrics​






Strength: Strength was only ok during Chest and Back compared to last weeks numbers and I know why. I really cut back on carbs the day before and I went to far and depleted energy stores. I still increased my max reps in every exercise though but I know I could have felt better. I’ll fix that.

During Plyometrics my explosiveness has improved. I will be playing some Volleyball next week because I feel like I want to jump more. I’d recommend these products to a track athlete for both explosiveness and endurance. It would really shine there.

Pump: Pump is still nothing short of phenomenal. Spider like veins happening deep in the muscle after the Chest and Back routine. On average it’s been lasting ~ 4hours for me. I am now maintaining a full day fullness…if I were to give it a percentage at this point I’d say I maintain 25% of the pump that I get when totally engorged after training.

Endurance: Endurance and strength go hand in hand with each other on this stuff. The muscle can endure so much more and recovers much faster during exercise. Seems the second half of most workouts I can push more. I have to learn to wait a little longer perhaps for the products to make their way into my body better.

Felt much better during plyometrics on day 9. I took in more carbs like I said I would and it improved things big-time. Again I was able to maintain a higher heart rate while feeling as good as I would have at a lower heart rate last prior to this log. Quads got a nice pump from all the jumping.

Libido: Still slightly up

Fat Loss: Stomach is showing indents on the sides now. A sign of doing things right.

Overall Feeling: My sleep has been so good on this stuff I love it. I got the same sort of results from Divanil too. I feel great and so well rested in the morning. Even though I could easily stay in bed, it’s not a struggle at all to get up and get moving. Hungar cravings have subsided…maybe because I am eating cleaner than I was during Xmas and being a pig.

Endurance: Muscular endurance, to tell you the truth…. I find it hard to make the muscle burn now, it simply stops working when I hit failure. No really pain associated with it. I had the same feeling on Superdrol years ago.

Cardio endurance is up during all P90X routines. I should be able to get a 5-10km run in on Sat and I also have volleyball next week. I’m sure it’ll shine.

Libido: Slightly above normal. I can attest to Nitroceps effects prior to activity.

Fat Loss: Love handles have gone down quite a bit.

Overall Feeling: Not holding any water. No upset stomach. Appetite has subsided like I said before. Sleep is still top notch. No acne or edginess. My overall mood is really good.

Day12/13/14/15 – Legs and Back/5km Run/Off Day/ Chest and Back​








Strength: Strength gains are still present but leveling out. Increased my reps in most exercises. Chin ups and pull ups are easier now, thank god.

Pump: Pumps are still nuts!! My quads are bigger now, I will confirm this after I measure them on my last day. Other muscle groups have subtle gains too.

Endurance: Legs are really gaining the most in regards to muscular endurance. I was able to do wall squats for the full 1min 30 secs.

Managed to get in 5 kms run and I felt good but I felt pumped too…lol. I could feel my calves and quads get fuller as I was running. It didn’t really impede my endurance but first I felt like this. I never attempted to set any personal best since I have not been running in sometime but I was able to keep it around 20min…something I am proud of.

Libido: Slight up

Fat Loss: Abs seem to be better on Friday but fall back a couple of steps by Sunday…lol….sorry but I do have a couple of cheat meals on the weekends. However, you will definitely see the before and after difference though.

Overall Feeling: I felt some anxiety on day 12 and 13. It has subsided but I wonder if it is due to what I think is, a higher sensitivity to stimulants and perhaps I took in too much caffeine on those days or something that reacted. I will watch this. My muscles are sore but nothing crazy like week one. I will be switching my routine next week though in an attempt to confuse the them more.
