Final Review
Strength: Increased strength started right from day 1. My maximum reps in all exercises increased substantially. For instance here are some max reps from day 1 compared to max reps towards the end of the cycle.
Standard push up: Day 1(42reps) - Present (60reps)
Wide Front Pull ups: Day 1 (10reps) - Present (15reps)
Deep Swimmers Press: Day 1 (15reps with 35lbs) - Present (15reps with 45lbs)
Chair Dips: Day 1 (20reps) - Present (30+reps)
Dumbbell Bicep Curl: Day 1 (15reps with 30lbs) - Present (15+reps with 40lbs )
Things leveled off around the 3 week mark and increases were gradual but still there.
Pump: The pump is nothing short of phenomenal. As I mentioned, once the muscles are engorged after working out, movement is limited because they are so pumped, they are crazy tight and remained that way for ~4hours for me. When working larger muscle groups it appears as if one has gained ~5lbs I swear. Looking in the mirror is quite amusing really because you’ve transformed in 45 min. Little veins would appear deep in the muscle and the larger ones at the skin’s surface. But the little veins were almost spider like and spread throughout my chest and shoulders in particular. I then maintained what I would say was about 25% of my post workout pump. So in general I was holding a whole body fullness throughout the cycle. The workout pump did not diminish either, it was the same on Day 1 as it was on Day 30.
Endurance: Muscular endurance during weighted exercise was almost like somebody was erasing the burn. My rest between sets decreased big-time because my recovery time was cut in half. The burn would disappear within seconds and mid cycle it was hard to even find the burn, the muscle would just stop working, particularly biceps.
Cardio endurance also improved a ton. I wish I had got more road running in but the weather and snow made things risky since there was not shoulder to run on. But during plyometrics I was able to push myself further than I did before, maintain a high heart rate but feel so much better while there. My jump in volleyball was like that of last year when I ceased playing when the season was done. Explosive!!
Libido: Libido stayed pretty much normal for me, my desire that it. But there were times where it seemed to improve the pump in that area..lol…and I would feel it within an hour of dosing.
Fat Loss: Fat loss was not amplified by these products in my opinion, nor did I expect it too. It was simply my own monitoring of how I was eating that caused the little fatloss that I achieved. I wish I had of followed a more strict diet.
Overall Feeling: These products will deliver massive results to any athlete no matter what your goal or sport, and do it naturally!! It will improve many facets of your game, more explosive in sports like basketball, volleyball, sprinting, better aerobic and anaerobic endurance during prolonged activity, and huge strength increases if you’re a bodybuilder or power lifter. Plus the ingredients will improve on your health. My feeling of well being was good the whole time. The Cre-02 improved what I call “my intake of air”, almost like things opened up more and I was able to inhale better and feel the wind entering my body. Also I forgot to mention how my sleep improved during this cycle too.
Only adverse side effects were one day when I ingested only protein and no carbs and it caused some toilet time. I simply added carbs the next time around and waited a little longer and had no problems.
I will be ordering both products in the near future but right now I am going to do a run of H-Blocker from I-Satori that I got at a discount and see how that stuff pans out.
