Ok so im gearing up for the new year with a minty fresh stack with nitroceps. heres what i got

cordy 5
rag no caff version
purple wrath
and protein

Im going to try to cut down before my next cycle so lets see what happens.

mon-upper body
tues- lower
wed- is nothing but running a core exercises
thur and friday are the same as above. I run 3 miles everyday mon, wed, fri i use my weight vest(75lbs) for those runs.

diet: i just finshed cleaning that up for this run ill stay at 2400-2600 cals
for this run.
