Very interesting I think, and I have very high hopes for Vapor XT.
here the run down.

SPECS:
Weight: Ill update this later with a starting weight, should be around 192 or so but this past holiday was hard on my diet :sigh1:

DIET:
My diet is going to be for fat loss, trying to drop BF without cutting into my strength too much, Ill be doing a strength test mid way to see how thats being affected right now i'm at

SO maintenance is about 3000 cals, so I'm shooting for around 2500 cals a day. With about 100gs of carbs, trying to really keep that down. Everythings going to be clean of course, and trying my best to really get my cals i need in protein of course.


TRAINING:
This is going to be where I bring it. My diet isn't always 100% on, but for this it will be as close to 100 as i can get it. But training is where i'm going to make up for a slightly unbalanced diet. I have a fitness test in about a month, the main components is a mile run, 60yd dash, an agility test, bench and leg press test. Mainly my concern is my cardio. So ill be hitting that hard for the next 4 weeks.
Ill be definitely getting fasted cycling just about everyday. Working on some distant running as well was timed mile. Ill do my best to get sprints and aglitly work in (ladder drills ect.) but some does depend on weather, considering I dont have the space inside to train that well.
Because Im tight on time Ill be working a 5 day cycle.
Day1. Chest/tris/traps
Day2.Legs/Calves/Core
Day3.Back/bis/forearms
Day4.Shoulders/traps/calves
Day5.Compound full body/arms

Cardio everyday, just going to change it up depending on time and what it's like outside.


DOSING:
I have 30 2cap packs. so 60caps. I will be starting with 2 a day then move to 3 a day. I am very tolerant to stim so I'm intrested to see how this effects me.

OTHER SUPPS:
This will be pretty much a dry run, ill be taking my protein (Universal Ultra whey pro) some Omega 3-6-9 , creatine, and a pre w/o blend of beta-alanine, AAKG and GPLC.

FINAL REVIEW​

So here we go, all finished up and a final review for Vapor XT. Ratings are based on 1-10 with 10 being the highest.

ENERGY: 9
Great feeling of energy. The first few doses I really felt the increase in energy. No jitters or increased heart rate. When I finished up Vapor I did get the big realization of how much energy this product gave me. For a day or 2 I had to get used to my normal energy levels to say the least was NOT fun, but I feel well adjusted now, with no problems.

BODY TEMP: Slight Increase
Again, just sitting I did noticed some sweating taking place from my armpits, nothing uncomfortable. Def felt good to know there was some reactions going on to be reassured the product was doing something.

FAT LOSS: 7
Noticed some leaning out, through a decent diet and good cardio regime, I feel Vapor did help out. I saw leaning out in my quads and calfs, and more vascalarity through my forearms, and arms. Slight leaning out in my chest. Didnt noticed much difference in my stubborn belly fat though.

SIDES: None-Minimal
Besides the increase in body temp there was no unpleasing sides to come along with Vapor.

OVERALL: 8.5
So far the best substitute to the real ECA that I've tried. Great energy, great overall feeling, felt positive through some rough times in my person life on this supp, and I'm really excited to give this another run.

WOULD I BUY: YES
And I will as soon as I figure out my budget. I would recommend this for someone whos looking for some weight loss help, that needs the energy to get through their cardio and workouts low on carbs.

Well, over all, i'm pleased. Day 1 i took 1cap am 1cap early pm, noticed some increased energy, not much else. During cardio I did sweat like an animal, also during workouts. Bumped up to 3caps a day with 2caps am and 1cap early pm. This is were i felt the difference. Increased energy was noticeable, nothing uncomfortable or too intense, do note i'm a stim junkie and have a terribly high tolerance to stim. No abnormal heart rates, no jitter. I did have an increased body temp. It wasn't uncomfortable, but as I sat around checking some email before i started my day i noticed just sitting I was sweating, mainly from my armpits.
Overall, good energy, definitely good pre w/o specially for fasted w/os
great stuff so far, i'm hoping for good results

The weather around me has been just terrible so getting out on a field to do sprints and what not is a little hard so my cardio is limited to tredmils and my cannondale hooked up to my home trainer. I'm looking to get 3 or 4 20-40 min cardio session throughout the day, I think this will speed up fat loss greatly

THOUGHTS:​
So far so good. I'm enjoying this product very very much. I love the energy I get from this, even while doing fasted AM cardio. Great stuff. Still have a bit of a slight body temp increased, nothing uncomfortable, no jitters still along with no increased heart rate. All is good on the home front. I started out 198(mostly water, bit bloated from xmas family gathering) droped to 195 pretty fast, then now weighed in at 192.6. Im looking a little leaner now. Vascularity throughout my arms and chest is increased, as well as an outline of abs are starting to become visible.
So in a but shell, great energy, good overall feeling, good leaning out effects
Also strength as not suffered at all it seems even with increased cardio and a somewhat restricted diet.

Also the past day or so I've been dosin at 2/2 a day, before that was 2/1. Royd, should I/can i continue dosing at 2/2 or is it not beneficial? 2/2 would last be another 8 days or so, while at 2/1 would last me another 10 or so days.

I know my posted have been few and far between, I'm going to start updating daily now, as things calm down, so spread the word about Vapor XT this is looking to be a legit energy and fat burning booster.

Honestly when it comes to fat loss I prefer the slower approach. So I like the 2/1 dosing better. If you need that stim boost then I suppose 2/2 is better but your more likely going to get more from stretching it out a bit more.

Wasn't really feeling too good today, a bit of stress and just not my day.

Decided to day the next day (yesterday) Saturday off, and today a cardio day.
Weight is steady at 192-193
This week looking to hit it hard like alwasy, cardio up and training up. I think my biggest problem is working on a 4 day spilt that doesn't align with a calender week. I watched a video of kai greene training chest, and I remember him saying something a long the lines of "your chest doesn't know when its monday" which is true, i'm just a bit anal about it, but i'm going to be breaking that mold hopefully this week, hitting 4 days, seeing if a rest day is needed then starting the spilt again either friday or saturday.

As far as vapor goes. The past few days i've felt kinda like crap, I have a bit of stress going on though. I'm doing my best to not let it interfere with training. Other wise, everything seems to be in check. Dosin at 2/1, no sides to report besides slightly elevated body temp. Great stim, and seeing some weight loss, also no loss in strength, most areas are improving as i'm really concentrated on beating my last workouts numbers. Really trying to work on intensity, and get some good work done.

Speaking of intensity I heard this somewhere, I'm not sure where though.

Approach each set, each rep WITH CONCENTRATION AND DETERMINATION and the INTENSITY will take care of itself. Train as long, or as short, as it takes. JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET THE JOB DONE!"

I hope to take that into this next week being 2 weeks out from my fitness testing.

btw- you seem to have a strong tolerance to stims, when most people say clean/jitter free energy i know i won't get much from it. judging by your review i think vapor-xt might be very good. i like a stim with some bite to it.

as far as stim goes i am a junkie.
Its a nice boost of sitm thats long lasting. If I take 2 caps around 9am i'm set till 3-4pm without any other stim before slowing down. So i take my 3rd cap around 3 and generally keeps me alert and not feeling fatigued till later that night, depending on how my day went. right around 6:30 or 7 i notice i'm back to normal. One day i did miss my second dose and didnt take it till round 8:30 9, but was fine to go to bed at around 12:30 (which is normal, didn't interfere)
whats been working well is upon waking, cardio breakfast with my normal morning coffee, then i have a little break an hour or so before working out, ill take vapor about 30mins pre w/o and it powers me all the way through.

So i take my 3rd cap around 3 and generally keeps me alert and not feeling fatigued till later that night, depending on how my day went. right around 6:30 or 7 i notice i'm back to normal. One day i did miss my second dose and didnt take it till round 8:30 9, but was fine to go to bed at around 12:30 (which is normal, didn't interfere)
whats been working well is upon waking, cardio breakfast with my normal morning coffee, then i have a little break an hour or so before working out, ill take vapor about 30mins pre w/o and it powers me all the way through.
nice, i usually take 2 meltdown upon waking the another 1-2 in afternoon. looking to change it up- you think the vapor would be a good replacement for the redline?
and lana is HOT!

This week has been to the ****ter and back with everything so its been very hard for me to update and I really apologize. I have still been hitting it hard in the gym, but here is an update with my thoughts on Vapor.

THOUGHTS:

ENERGY: 8.5-9/10
When I started Vapor is I noticed good energy throughout the day. I could feel and notice I was full of energy and ready to go. As time went on my body did adapt to the increase in stim, so it wasnt as noticeable to me. But If i waiting too long for the second dose of Vapor, I'd hit the wall, and then i'd be back to normal when I finally got the second dose in me. So from someone who's CNS is fried from stim, this is a promising product.

HUNGER: SLIGHTLY SUPPRESSED
I didn't really noticed major hunger suppression or increased hunger. Sometimes I just didn't feel as hungry as I normally would, but nothing that made me not want to eat. Eating habits were just about baseline, so if anything there was a slight suppression.

FAT LOSS: 7/10
I must have a problem with abdominal fat, because while it seems its slowly being lost, I feel when it gets to a certain point, it wont budge. I've gained some nice definition in my quads that I've never seen before so I'm very hapy with that. My arms and chest leaned out a bit. Just still looking to find those abs of mine, I know they are there, they just have to stop being so shy:guilty:

OVERALL FEELING:9/10
Minus the fact things haven't gone my way this pass week hasn't really gotten me to down. I'm positive and energetic. I feel good and healthy. I mean if anything can take away my mid-day fatigue, i'm a happy man haha. Overall I feel very well.


Yesterday Me and my buddy decided we would go on this hike we put off from the summer. We're not really big hikers(well, we never really went on a real hike) but we figured we're young, and we have a map, we can't really go wrong. The trail is called the Long Island greenbelt that runs a cross section of Long Island New York. Starts from either shore, south or north, and ends at the other shore. In total the trail is 36 miles long. Now, 36 miles I mean it sounds long, but never really clicked in our heads just how long is 36 miles.
We started around 7am, and didnt finish untill 8pm. It was the longest day of my life, my feet/ankels/calfs/legs are killing me. But if you ever need a good moral boost, and some time away from everything, the best thing is to go on a hike that everything says you probably wont finish in a day.

howd u compare it to the ECA stack, it looks similar in its ingrediant profile except for the halostachys caspica extract-25mg.

ECA was before my time unfortunately, I have never tried real deal ECA, i've tried using a few replacements using Mu hunag and other types of fill its for E. Comparing it to that, its hands down Vapor. I didnt feel the energy boost i get from Vapor using Mu Hunag. So if someone is looking for an alterntive to acutal ECA, this IMO, is their best bet.

The issue I would like to see addressed is the "Do Not exceed more than 6 caps in a 24-hour period" I totally do not get that if you're trying to base standards on the effective ECA stack of no more than 4 caps containing 200mgs of caffeine.

Vapor has 200 mgs of Caffeine also... but @ 6 caps??? Thats more than 1,200 mgs of caffeine per day if you take six caps. THATS IS JACKED ASS THINKING and totally insane. The ECA limit was 800 mgs in a 24 hour period with epehedrine. (4 Caps)

So, that 6 cap thing is a typo on the bottle or this Halostochine is REALLY weak as hell.

This needs to be discussed because at this point i'm suspicious.
