JudoJosh is juicing up his CRE'02 intake wth some NITRO!!

WOW!! First as always thanks to MST for giving me the opptunity to try out these 2 products. The guys over at MST really hooked it up with a bottle of their CRE'02 caps and a bottle of their new NITRO 2 ceps. Not only did they supply me with 2 full bottles but also were kind enough to throw in some samples of the rest of their product line .. Really excited to try some of them out and will be including mini reviews of the samples as I try them.

This will be my first time ever trying any of MST's products so lets see what these guys have to offer

As for past experience with creatine and NO products. I have tried anadraulic pump, hemodraulix, primaforce n20, and scivation vasocharge. AP is my favorite of them all currently but I havent really tried hemo for that long (only 3 days) but it looks promising and looks to be great stacked with just about anything. As for creatine I had a bottle of CEE I took a while back when I first started lifting and that was before I knew what the hell I was doing, well... before I found this site known as AM.com. Since then I havent really tried any creatine products by themselves. I actually was looking for a creatine to try and was debating between cre'02, kre-alkyn and just bulk creatine mono and then low and behold I find MST running a promo to try it out and I was lucky enough to be granted a bottle.

I am really looking forward to trying these out stacked together and see what kinda effects they produce.

A little about myself, my name is Josh im 25 years old, a scorpio, like long walks on the beach, cuddling,... ehh lol.. well I have been a lazy slob for the most part of my life but have been trying to really get into shape these past 2.5 years. I would say the first year I completely did not now what I was doing and was just blindly taking pills (CEE) and going to a local gym and throwing around weights. Since then I would like to say I understand alot more the supplements I take and have a workout routine that I feel works for me. This past year I have really buckled down and made some improvements and the horizion is only looking better.

Well enough of my life story and on to the log!!!

    Final Thoughts of stack

Altogether I enjoyed this combo very much. The pumps were great, NITRO is a top notch pump product. I can say this with 100% confidence. I have used hemodraulix, anadraulic pump vasocharge and Primal n20 before and NITRO is by far the superior pump product out of these. One of the main reasons why I feel it was the best is by the first dose you start to feel the pumps and with everything else it takes a couple days before you start noticing pumps. I was really wuite surprised to get that pump feeling after the first dose. As for cre02, it is a solid creatine product. Cant really compare it to other creatines as I have not really tried any creatine products that were straight creatine.. all have been pre mixes (other then some cee caps a looong time ago). Through the log I was running 2000 calories which is a lil less then 1k under my maintence and surprisngly was able to maintain my strength throughout which I think says alot for cre02. In the past when I have cut calories I would have a decrease in overall strength due to the lack of food but this was not the case here. While I didnt really make any huge strength gains I was able to maintain and even gain a little while cutting. Another thing I noticed about the cre02 is that it doesnt cause the typical creatine bloat you usually get. I never not once had a bloated feeling or appeared bloated in the mirror.
Going into this log I was 203 and 18%bf and by then end is was 205lbs and 15% bodyfat. So I put on 2lbs and dropped 3% bf. Cre02 is definetely to be a perfect supplement for anyone looking to recomp as it allows you to reduce calories and still gain muscle. I think the true test of cre02 will be over the next couple weeks as I will not be on any creatine containing products and we will see if any size gained or strength gains sticks around or goes away.

    CONS
I only had 2 problems with this stack. First, which really isnt much of a problem, is I didnt notice any increase in energy from this. This could easily be fixed by suppin with some geranium or caffeine or whatever else you like. I am sure though MSTs extensive lineup you could find something else to add into this stack to make a killer combo.
Second was the encentric coating. This is something I wasnt too found off personally. When I lift it is first thing the morning and with the coating you should wait 2 hours before lifting after taking which can to be a bit of a hassle waiting around. I found it hard to motivate myself after those 2 hours to get downstairs and lift as I have already been doing stuff around the house and lost the desire to lift (this is where an extra energy kick would have helped) This CON is more of a personal one though as I am sure for the majority of people they lift after work and this wouldnt be a problem. You just pop your caps before leaving work and by the time you get to the gym and change it is Go Time!! It was just for me and my schedule it didnt fit for me. I am sure for others they would be able to make it work. I wish MST offered products with and without the coating.

Overall I enjoyed the month and think these are 2 great products individually and stacked together. Thanks again to MST for giving me the chance to try it out and log it for you guys and to all the reps and AM friends who stuck by and helped me along the way

oh and P.S as stated in my app to MST I am currently logging Apido-x for axis labs and should be finishing that up sometime in janurary and will not be officially starting this log till then so as not to conflict with my current review.

Also I will be talking with the reps at MST to see what supps will be allowed to be taken during this log and will be posting a diet/ supp/ and workout outline after I speak with them

Well I am finishing up my review of Apido-x and will be jumping into this log full time starting sometime this week or Monday next week for sure.. Just talking with some buddies of mine and finalizing the game plan for this log.

    My main objectives will be
    A. Cut bodyfat
    B. Retain strength and hopefully gain strength and some size with the help of cre-02
    C. And Pump, pump, pump it up with Nitroceps!!!!

I will be cutting calories to around 2k-2300 (I usually maintain weight at around 3k. In the past everytime I have cut caloires to try and loose weight I get frustrated because I see my strength disappearing. I have very little experience in supping with a creatine product solo and not in a preworkout drink and so far EVERYTHING I have read about CRE-02 has been stellar reviews so hopefully it helps out throughout the cut

Will be posting starting stats, supplement outline, and diet outline sometime this week along with some before pics and measurements.

Lets do this thing!!!!!!! I am amped and ready to rock out!!!!!!!!!!

So far I am thinking supp wise will be

    Daily Supps-
Ghenerate 7 sprays AM and PM M-F off on weekends
Fish Oil- 7g daily with shakes (low carb meals)
CLA- 7g daily half AM half PM (maybe take some AAKG with it)
Sesamin - as directed on the label. Not sure what it will suggest and will only take on non-workout days
BCAA mix - 7 scoops xtend, 1 scoop EAA in a gallon of water and drank througout the day everyday
    EGCG - Not sure yet

    Workout Days
Cre-02. - 1 hour pre workout (and on off workout days taken pre cardio or pre highest carb meal)
Hemodraulix - 45min pre workout with the cre-02
    Nitroceps - 15min pre workout

this is what I am thinkin so far as supps is concerned. Everything listed aboveis already taken on a daily basis and I am adjusted to. Only thing new added is the cre-02 and the nitroceps. Also the EGCG and sesamin and the BCAA gallon idea is new but doubt it would effect my judgement of the cre-02 or nitroceps at all

    Diet
As for diet I am gonna base that on what days I can lift and what days I can do cardio and what days will be my off days and then Ill put that together.

But I am thinking on off/rest days very little carbs. Almost keto style but with strictly healthy fats and healthy proteins. No more fatty steaks only lean meats and chicken. On workout days have some wheat bread with breakfeast. Wheat bread pre workout and pre-cre02 and some fruit and scivation solution 5 post workout like a bannana and Veggies with all other meals. This is a general diet idea I am thinking.

I am figuring out what type of workout to go with now and will post my finalized outline, prolly in a spreedsheet and as ALWAYS I am OPEN to any and all suggestion and critiques

please don't lose sight of this post.

It is important for your creatine intake as well as your oxyceps atp intake that you are using Cre-02 daily.
