Hi guys,

I am a newbie to the forum so be easy on me. I have been weightlifting for about 8 years now - have had some experiences with OTC PHs along with test. I havent taken a serious stack in a long time.

Along with weightlifting I am a competitve grappler...i train jiu-jitsu 4 times a week along with weightlifting and my body is starting to hurt.

I've decided to step it up again at the gym and am starting an Epi-Tren stack this week. Was looking for some feedback, especially with the support supplements.

Here are my details.

30 years old
5'11''
178lbs
11% body fat - i used to be around 6% when i was dieting really hard
average strength and great stamina _ Jiu-jitsu has really beaten me up (shoulders, knees, etc)

My supplements i have are:
Epi-tren (90 tabs)
Protein
NO Explode
Glutamine
ZMA
Vanadryl Sulfate
Reload (this is UFC fighter Nate Quary's post workout drink) Supporting my MMA school owner by buying it and it turned out to be a GREAT Post-workout drink for me, as i have had troubles with creatine in the past with a sensitve stomach

I just complete my last Animal Pak so I need to grab a multi this week - I wasnt sure if I needed to grab that Pakor if i could go with something cheaper (thoughts)

Also, I have no liver supps, no joint supps, etc

Anythoughts, criticisms, advice

Thanks guys
