    Woke up and had horrible back pain. Was supposed to do deadlifts, hamstrings, and calves but had to cancel because back was in too much pain. Pain eventually went away. Just another day of rest really. Will be back in the fitness center tomorrow then hopefully going running tomorrow night.

    Felt good today. Had a wrestling match today. Wanted to lift but just didnt happen. Was pretty worn after yelling for 2 matches. Aggression can be a bad thing when u r a coach lol. Called my wrestlers a bunch of retards.
    Early practice tomorrow so hopefully good sleep is ahead of me. Then later get some much needed weights in.

    Had a good workout yesterday. Felt great pumps and strength felt good. Was really focused and everything went smoothly on the mat and in the weight room. Cant wait to lift again on Friday.

    Just a long day at a wrestling tournment where we got stomped. Had a lot of young guys wrestling. Got a little to aggressive and felt the urge to cuss some of them out so I just kinda sat back for a while and let them suck without me yelling.
    After I got back home I passed out from being exhausted.

    Will post about Thanksgiving Day tomorrow and hopefully catch up. Might even get some time in the fitness center too.

  14. Just read the log and am caught up. Waiting on your final. Seriously considering getting some of this. Just starting back up in the gym. Wanting to do about 6 to 8 wks w/the basics and then hit the supps. BTW, L4D2......it's 'fun' and has some cool graphics etc, online play is really good but..I dont know. I am not all into it like I was the first one. Just me though. I'd go with my gut on it if you are thinking about buying it. For the same price you can get a good bottle of whatever you like

    I personally really liked it. Id give it a 8.5-9. It really helped with my sleep which had been a big issue for me. I was getting good deep sleep and even having a few dreams. Libido has increased to say the least. Cant complain about that at all. Did feel like I was a little more in tune with my body during my workouts when I took it preworkout. I noticed increased endurance I didnt think I had and some strength gains.

    The only thing that held me back was the holidays. They kinda set me back especially with the increased appetite.

    I can't wait to run the 2 bottles I purchased later on the road. I recommend anyone who is thinking about trying this give it a try u wont be disappointed.

    Keep track of your starting and ending stats? Lifts, BF %, Weight, ect...

  23. It will honestly be a while I think. Just a matter of running something else before I go back to it.

    Weight went crazy because of the holidays. I was at 208 but now I am close to 216. I started around this weight. I dont have the exact numbers and I did aquire an injury that has severely impacted my presses. No way to check body fat consistantly.
