Final Review
Well throughout my HGHup I used 5 caps a days as I was instructed by app nut. During this run I definitely noticed an increase in recovery time and lowered stress levels, which are two great benefits that make the product completely worth it. The biggest thing that I noticed from the product though was the slimming effect that it had on me during the run. I kept my calories slightly higher than normal due to the training I was doing and I actually ended up losing 4 pounds total throughout the cycle while still hitting personal records on all my major lifts. Another cool effect from the HGHup was the increased strength when used prior to a workout. During the run I can only think of 1 or 2 workouts that were below par, with most of my workouts being what I consider to be pretty good in quality and strength.
One thing that I did not really receive from the product was better sleep, which was surprising to me because many reported that this was one of the most noticeable aspects of the product. I actually found myself waking much earlier than normal while I was taking this product, and when I woke up I wasn't groggy but I also did not feel like I was getting the same quality of sleep that I received from IGF-2 or lipo-pm from appnut.
I would use this product again in the future, I imagine it would be good for a post cycle product or stacked with an anti-estrogen for a killer fat loss and strength stack. Day 1
Just took my first dose today, 3 caps on an empty stomach 60 minutes before lifting, can't really say I noticed any lethargy like some of the others have been saying. Today's workout was just some bench shirt work to get my form right so its hard to say whether or not the HGHup really had any effects on me, but I will say that the weights felt pretty good in my hands and my stability seemed to be solid in my shoulders/upper back. I worked up to 445 which will be my opener for my upcoming meet and the weight itself was no problem. Tomorrow I will give a more detailed post and it will be a better indicator of the product because I'll actually get some work in.

I just want to say that I noticed way more lethargy from IGF-2, HGHup seems to actually give me a little bit of energy and makes it a little hard to fall asleep at night. I just received an email stating that the dosage was changing as well, so starting tomorrow I will only take two capsules before my workout and then three before bed.

I was energetic for about 3-4 days then lethargy would set in in the afternoons before my second dose.

Yeah, just to clarify though this doesn't seem to be effecting my sleep other than the fact that it takes a little longer to fall asleep. I usually don't sleep much more than 7 hours a night anyways and my sleep quality definitely fluctuates throughout the week.

LOL...you sound like me bud. generally around 6 and a half to 7 hours a sleep, but the quality is always fluctuating.

LOL, they were really high so its not really that bad ass. It would be the same as doing a rack pull from the middle of your knees or so, it just hits your hips and abs like crazy though.

• Muscle Hardness/Density - Starting to really notice more density

So the lethargy has started to kick in a little bit this week, and the past couple days it has been pretty strong. I notice though that I don't get lethargic until about 3 hours after my first dose of the HGHup. When it hits though I am just out like a light, I have been getting a couple hours of nap time in everyday this week just about. I can tell that this product is a lot different than IGF-2, but the two things that stick out the most are the recovery and lethargy differences between the two products. IGF-2 gives me a very relaxed feeling right after taking it, and Im only a lethargic for about an hour after dosing. With this product I get a little energy at first but three hours later I literally have to lay down because I am completely nonfunctional. Also the recovery from IGF-2 seems to be a little quicker than this product, but with the product I feel the soreness much deeper in my muscle belly the next day. This is very hard to describe, but I guess the best way to put it is that IGF-2 gets me back to feeling normal after about 24 hours where as HGHup gives me more of a pump/soreness 24 hours after training.

Seriously Paul...you are a F*cking tank man. Those numbers are damn impressive and your definitely a guy I would want on my side at all times .
