Final Review
Well throughout my HGHup I used 5 caps a days as I was instructed by app nut. During this run I definitely noticed an increase in recovery time and lowered stress levels, which are two great benefits that make the product completely worth it. The biggest thing that I noticed from the product though was the slimming effect that it had on me during the run. I kept my calories slightly higher than normal due to the training I was doing and I actually ended up losing 4 pounds total throughout the cycle while still hitting personal records on all my major lifts. Another cool effect from the HGHup was the increased strength when used prior to a workout. During the run I can only think of 1 or 2 workouts that were below par, with most of my workouts being what I consider to be pretty good in quality and strength.
One thing that I did not really receive from the product was better sleep, which was surprising to me because many reported that this was one of the most noticeable aspects of the product. I actually found myself waking much earlier than normal while I was taking this product, and when I woke up I wasn't groggy but I also did not feel like I was getting the same quality of sleep that I received from IGF-2 or lipo-pm from appnut.
I would use this product again in the future, I imagine it would be good for a post cycle product or stacked with an anti-estrogen for a killer fat loss and strength stack. Day 1
Just took my first dose today, 3 caps on an empty stomach 60 minutes before lifting, can't really say I noticed any lethargy like some of the others have been saying. Today's workout was just some bench shirt work to get my form right so its hard to say whether or not the HGHup really had any effects on me, but I will say that the weights felt pretty good in my hands and my stability seemed to be solid in my shoulders/upper back. I worked up to 445 which will be my opener for my upcoming meet and the weight itself was no problem. Tomorrow I will give a more detailed post and it will be a better indicator of the product because I'll actually get some work in.

I just want to say that I noticed way more lethargy from IGF-2, HGHup seems to actually give me a little bit of energy and makes it a little hard to fall asleep at night. I just received an email stating that the dosage was changing as well, so starting tomorrow I will only take two capsules before my workout and then three before bed.

LOL...you sound like me bud. generally around 6 and a half to 7 hours a sleep, but the quality is always fluctuating. :D

LOL, they were really high so its not really that bad ass. It would be the same as doing a rack pull from the middle of your knees or so, it just hits your hips and abs like crazy though.

So the lethargy has started to kick in a little bit this week, and the past couple days it has been pretty strong. No, the squat was last night but I didn't log it until today. My training is going to be really boring this upcoming week because Im deloading for my meet on Saturday, hence the super high volume and light weight of todays arm pump session lol.

There was a dull pain and the joint itself felt very dry. I know there are a few different things that usually trigger this for me, dehydration, sleeping on it weird, tight triceps, or having it be in a stationary position for to long. It has felt good ever since which leads me to believe that the HGHup had no effect on the elbow either bad or good.

Well today I wanted to check to see how much weight I had to lose in the next couple days for my competition this weekend and when I stepped on the scale I was only 223 which is only three pounds over the weight limit. Now normally a five pound drop in weight over the course of a couple weeks would have a good impact on my energy levels but I haven't noticed anything like that with the HGHup. I have also noticed a couple pretty cool things since starting the HGHup, first I noticed that my skin tone seems slightly darker and hasn't been dry. The other thing I noticed is that cuts seem like they are healing a couple days quicker than normal. I got a good size cut down my arm from my cat about four days ago and today its barely visible.

Just weighed in for my meet tomorrow, I ended up at 215 which is lower than what I was expecting. Its amazing what you can do just by switching around the intake of some water and salt.

The benches were all way to easy, my bar speed on them made 'em feel like they were still warmups. The first two deadlifts were pretty easy as well but the weight kept getting out in front of my once I got around me knees. When I went to pull 600 I shot up quick off the ground and got the bar stuck under my knee. I dipped the bar a little to get in out and locked the weight out, but you can't dip so thats why I got the no lift. All in all Im pretty happy with how today went, the strength is there but the form still needs some work. Back to the drawing boards tomorrow....

Thanks guys but Im still really salty about the third deadlift, I know exactly what I did wrong form wise and its a stupid mistake I make all the time. When I first start to pull I let the bar get a little out in front of me which causes my knees to come forward a bit because I get on my toes. If I would have done everything right like I did on the first two I would have smoked 600 and been mad that I didn't try something higher lol. Hopefully if I can bring my squat up some I will be able to get my Elite total within the next 12-18 months.
