Just wanted to throw out my 50day natty cycle for some comments/critiques. Below is not including protein, carbs, fats and possibly Forslean......
Vit C/D: 1200mg/600iu/day
Vit K Complec: 2100mcg/day
/Cysteine/Vit C: 50mg/200mg/500mg/day
Secondary: Choline Bitartrate 1245mg 30min pre workout
Extract: 250mg 30min pre/post workout
Rosea: 500mg 30min pre/post workout
My main protein source will be fish/chicken/beef and Optimum Platinum Whey. Carbs will come from variety of potatoes and time coordinated power bar gels and bars. Fats will come from avacadoes, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. Would really love to have the forslean, but I cant seem to find a high quality product that delivers high amount of active, because what I would like to ingest is over 200mg active per day. So if anyone can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it, and yes NutraP is on my list of where to buy from.
