So I am too busy with school to get weight lifting going and working my physical muscle, so I chose to work a more important muscle with supplementation... My Brain.
I've got a few different kind of Nootropics I will be using in different combinations/doses with hope to find something that really works for me. This is not a daily log, but I will try to update whenever I use something different, etc. I haven't really decided how i'm going to update this.
I will take suggestions as long as they are SAFE and not overboard on what has worked for you, or combinations you have heard to work good.
