Delita's Unofficial Epistane Log!
It's day one of my Epistane cycle. I'll be posting anecdotal feedback, muscle circumference measurements, and pictures for everyone to judge progress.
My goal is to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. I can be unorthadox at times, but there is a method to my madness.
I'm headed to the gym soon and dosing 20mg Epistane right now. Stay tuned for a post-workout update and some measurements. Find out the other supplement in my arsenal, next!

I had a great workout, lots of euphoria. Strong pumps. Epistane is all that I took preworkout. Nothing else... I'm past that no booster phase. Maybe a cup of coffee, if I'm lucky.
My weight: 172
Measurements soon, too tired on account of my other supplement. I'll provide them tomorrow. I took 2 caps of xDream after my workout. I'm going to lounge on the couch and try to score a backrub from the wife.
Ate thai food with a ton of rice after my workout. None of this protein shake biznazz here, betty. All anyone needs post-workout is a real meal.
Farewell my fellow men. The time to rest is upon us.
Note: I'm taking CELs Cycle Assist as well.

Alright, taking 20mg Epistane right now.
I wanted to elaborate on my goal: I don't only want to gain muscle, I also want to keep it and continue to make gains. I'm thinking long-term.
This is a good time to list yesterdays workout:

Today I'll be doing legs and biceps. Hmmm, I have to mix some good mp3s if i'm going to make it through this leg workout. Anyone heard Fett's Vette by MC Chris? You can find it on youtube.

Alright, got my workout done. Blasted my legs but left out the biceps. Took a small tumble on the way down some stairs at my gym 'cause my legs felt numb. No injuries luckily. Haha!
I ate my dinner post-workout and had a couple cycle assists for dessert. Now I'll be taking pictures of my pregnant wife's belly in exchange for her to take measurements of my muscles.

The measurement tests have come in! The reports are revealed below!
I've taken 2 caps of xDream so I am feelin' pretty darn good right now. I'd like to try one cap during the day as a relaxant... Maybe when I take a day off from the gym.
biceps 14inches circumference
thigh 21.5 inches
calf 14.5 inches circumference
this will serve as reference for my starting point. remember my weight was 172 yesterday. i forgot to check it today.
pictures are coming in from the lab tomorrow morning, will get them posted after processing them.

Shoulders and arms today, but I'm not headed to the gym yet. I'm headed to get some groceries. I'm kicking around takin' 30mg epistane preworkout... Any suggestions?

I weighed in at 175 pounds, that's a 3 pound increase within just a few days. How big am I going to get?
I've got my wife cooking dinner right now. Steak, taters, and brocolli. So I'll pop one cap of X Dream and import yesterdays leg workout. It'll be listed below.

By this time I was so exhausted I couldn't continue my workout. My legs were toast but I had no energy to do arms as I had planned on doing. It's all good as I don't plan on taking any days off from the gym... I'll be hittin' it 7 days a week.
Okay lets see if just one cap of X Dream is a good relaxant. Two caps is awesome feeling but it gets hard to function.

As a prologue to the final entry of the night, I'll report that I dosed one more cap of X Dream. I sought the full GABA dose. It feels nice.

Hey! I'm hanging around eating breakfast, taking some cycle assists, and feeling good.
I think a bottle of white blood is arriving today. I was interested in trying it as it is primarily amino acid based and creatine/stim free. I've always been a fan of aminos.
