  1. Turns out 2 caps of X Dream is just fine for relaxation. It only makes you tired when taken at night. Take it during the day for a great feeling of relaxation.


  2. Ohhh boy, I'm exhausted. My white blood arrived and I dosed a few caps for good measure. Make sure my blood transportation is enhanced, you know...

    I'll be making dinner now: Scrambled eggs, sausage, taters, and cheese.

    The scale today said 175.5 pounds. So I'm not dropping weight, still going up.

  3. Tomorrow I'll watch Pumping Iron before going to the gym. I suggest everyone watch this movie at least once in their lifetime.

    I used to watch the Young Gunz of Animal Pak video that used to be on here before I went to lift. These video's are great motivation

    I'll have to give X-Dream during the day a shot. Although I'm already a pretty laid back guy. 3 caps of X-Dream with 4 caps of ZMK before bed for me is my holy grail of sleep stacks

    Yeah, the xdream is awesome. i would never take it before the gym though, only after. Would not be fun trying to workout on that stuff lol.

    Oooooh! That was a great leg workout! When you lift 7 days a week you do a lot of legs. The white blood was awesome, very nice in addition to the epistane.

    I'm headed to the store for some taters and dessert. I'll post my workout afterwards. I'm also going to try and post some pics, because I'm already making gains and I want you guys to be able to see the progress. It's still early in the cycle but I weighed in at 177 pounds today. Woot!

    Yeah, I'm only dosing epistane preworkout. This gives my body more downtime and minimizes suppression.

  19. im dosing 3 xdream and 4 white blood b4 my late night workout. i'll be headed to the gym in about an hour. this'll be my second workout 2day.

    I'll let u guys know what its like to eat xdream b4 going to the gym. xdream gives me some powerful orgasms, so i am guessin it will help in the gym as well.

  21. well, i was going to use those 2 workouts yesterday as an excuse to not workout today. problem is, i have 4 hours free time and i'm also planning on gettin' laid tonight. looks like ill be hittin the weights!

    Dosing 2 epistane, 2 xdream, and 4 white blood.

    By the way, xdream is an awesome preworkout supplement. i used it last night without epistane and had a wonderful workout, wasn't tired or anything. i actually crave the feeling it gives me. awesome supplement.

    oh, and epistane is still rockin my socks. i'm gaining almost as much weight as my pregnant wife. just found out we are havin' a boy.

  23. I took it easy today and only did cardio, which i usually never do. I've been training myself into the ground. I'll be ready to hit the weights tomorrow.

    apparently i wasn't overtraining at all, the flu is going around pretty bad here. i'm almost over it, now. i guess i just wouldn't accept the fact that i was sick. the fever should've tipped me off, but i just kept dosing epistane and going to the gym lol. furthermore, i think going to the gym sped up my recovery.
