SNS stack BA Creatine and focucs

Today was back day.

I did 3 sets or cable pull downs.
1 set at 135lbs 2 and 3rd set at 145lbs
Cable rows
3 sets at 150lbs
Dead lifts 275lbs Most I have lifted in a longtime. 6 reps 4 reps and 3 reps as my hand started to loose grip. I ran out of money but once I get my grips back I will be lifting 315 or so again.
3 sets of pull ups 25lbs 6 reps.
I felt awesome. Energy was there I lifted very heavy.
If you notice I am started this cycle with lighter weights so I can get better ROM.

Dumbbell pressed 70x6 70x5 70x4 80x4
side lateral 25lbs 2 sets. back against wall
upright row 40lbs 2 sets 6 reps 60lbs 1 rep
Delt Raise 20lbs 2 sets 6 reps
barbell shruged 315 3 sets 12 reps.
Stimed it 3 times right after and felt awesome. Usually after 1 session im tired but for some reason I was able to go for 3 sessions.
I felt awesome hit it hard focus was there. I though more clearly.

I did bis and tris today.

Dumbell curled 30lbs 3 sets 6 reps.
ez cable curled 110lbs 3 sets 5 reps
Barbell curled 85lbs 2 sets 6 reps
tricep push down 3 sets 75lbs 6 reps
Tricep cable extention 35lbs 6 reps 3 sets with each arm.

Focus was awesome today. Heat got to me but other than that I was able to push threw 1 hour with out being tired.

Last night I inclined 225 with my spotter. Different incline so different feeling. Got exactly to 90 degrees. 2 sets 4 reps than second set 6 reps 4 on my own 2 he helped.
Dumbbell flat sucked because the seat was freaking to high. I did 2 sets 90lbs and 1 set 100lbs both could not touch the ground as I am short all where at 4-5 reps as I was so bussy trying to balance.
Did smith machine 1 set at 180lbs went to 90 degrees. Position sucked but what ever. 6 reps second set did 140lbs 2 sets touched my chest. This was the end of my work out so I was pretty tired.

DId 2 sets of dips at 20 reps.

Focus was there but the dumb bench was to tall other than that honestly I hit it very hard.

I want to modify my routine want your opinions.

Here's my proposal. See if you want want to make modifications/suggestions. The major premise is that through a "morning andevening" workout split, (two sessions per day, one in the gym, the other electronic) one can workout a bodypart twice every 6-7 days, rather than just once, thus growing more effectively and efficiently! Here's the nuts and bolts:

Every day you divide your workouts into two sessions: an "am" (or early
afternoon) session, featuring 35-45 minutes in the gym, low to
moderate reps, heavy weights, simple and intense, on a major bodypart:
Monday - legs
Tuesday - pecs
Wednesday - back
Thursday - abs
Friday - delts
Saturday and Sunday: off

At least 8 hours later (after work let's say) you do a second workout at
home featuring the Electronic Muscle Stimulator Machine. This follow up
workout would be on either on unrelated (already recovered) bodypart, or an
assistor (secondary) muscle group:
Monday: abs
Tuesday: delts
Wednesday: off
Thursday: quads or hams or calves (whichever is least stiff and sore)
Friday: traps and/or triceps
Saturday: lower back, lats, or biceps.
Sunday: off

I will have pictures up this week. I don't feel the BA tingle though. I don't know why.
Have you used BA alot? I never get the tingles unless I take over 4 grams a day myself. Which is a good thing, because I hate the tingle feeling.

Modified routine sounds like a ton of overtraining on each bodypart unless I am mistaken....

Its not something I would do workout wise if it were me. I am more of a fan of proper recovery than overdoing it in the gym. I train 4 days per week.

Even at 2 grams of BA I have felt it but this was a year ago when I used BA.

I have used a similar plan to this long time ago , and wanted to start to a degree, essentially splitting workouts to an AM and PM split, but ultimately one ends up over training if they don't keep my eye on it which I am very much aware of. Another issue to look out for that I have experienced is one either pushes too hard on the secondary workout, or do next to nothing, which means they end up spending time in the gym counterproductively.


With this, and all workout plans, I will try it for 3-4 weeks and let my body tell me how it works......everyone is too different.

Proper recovery is essential indeed, but I am not sure those muscle stimulating machines actually do much, (maybe they do, but not in my experience). Have you used these machines with success in the past? Do the muscles actually get any type of contraction?

Matt did you see the videos I posted. Also if you speak to all my friends that use my machine every single person has told me how sore they were the next day. Read my posts on how the EMS machine works than get back to me.

Other than grip my dead lifts were so awesome.
2 sets of cable pull down at 160lbs 6 reps
3 sets of rows 160lbs 6 reps
2 sets of pullups 25lbs 6 reps
1 dead lift at 225lbs 8 reos
1 dead lift at 275lbs 6 reps
1 dead lift at 310lbs 4 reps
I could have gone heaver had I had the grip.
Focus was there. Energy was there was super amped.
Did lower back stim at 50. It was amazing.

Last night I taught 4 classes of martial arts.
Squatted 3 sets at 225. 6 reps 6 reps and 5 reps.
Leg pressed 540 at 6 reps 1 set and 630 at 6 reps 2 sets.
Leg extensioned 2 sets maxed the machine out.
Leg curled 2 sets 100. Hammys tired from dead lift.
Focus was there and energy was still there even after a long day.
Felt strong.

Since I lift in the morning I do 30 min before I work out than before bed another dose I try to do as far to the 8 hours apart. It says to does the BA and creatine twice a day.

Got identity thiefted and I was busy sorting that out as 1000+ dollars was charged with a new phone and all that junk. Still working with the fraud department.

Last night did shoulders.
shoulder military pressed 2 sets 6 reps at 145 but went to 80 degress. lighter than normal but went further down.
Hammer machined 180 so 95 each hand. 2 sets 6 reps. felt amazing
side lateral 25lbs 3 sets. back against wall
upright row 45lbs 2 sets 6 reps 60lbs 1 rep
Delt Raise 20lbs 2 sets 6 reps
barbell shruged 315 3 sets 12 reps.
Stimed it 3 times right after and felt awesome. Got to 70. The striations were frekin insain.
My focus was there at the gym. Got in and out in a hour.

They stole my information address etc and put a fat bill to my me which would go to my debit card so my account is frozen till its all straighten. I have been eating very little these last 3 days due to me not being able to charge my account. I stimed my abs for 40 minutes last night 20 minutes on resistance and 20 on endurance. Felt awesome last night. Did biceps friday and triceps friday.

Chest last night bms.(by my self)
Machine inclined 1 set 6 reps at 175lbs 6reps 2nd set 185 6 reps 3rd set at 200lbs 5 reps
Incline barbell pressed 185lbs 2 sets 6 reps. Passed my chin. Would have gone further down if I Had spotter.
Dumbbell pressed 1 set 6 reps 80lbs each hand.
Cable flyed 30lbs 1 set 6 reps than 40lbs 1 set 6 reps.
I don't feel the tingle at all. Not sure why if its under dosed etc. I know what the tingle feels like.

I know i hit it hard as usually when I start to stim it I don't feel sore till the end of the stim. Well this time I felt sore already from the start.
My focus was there energy was up. I was like a bullet that had a one track mind.

Today I squatted 225lbs 1 set 6 reps 235 1 set 6 reps 245 1 set 6 reps but for that set I went to 100degress. I still got a feel for it.
I leg pressed 1 set 720lbs 6 reps no hands blocking me second set 820lbs 6sets but than a jack ass trainer killed it by saying im to small I could get squished like a bug. Ruined it for me today. I called him out in front of his client that all he does is speak negatively about people and I don't like it. His manager herd it as hes the one that was spotting me.
Leg extensioned 2 sets maxed it out.

I feel some gain but its only been week 2. I should by week 3 really feel it.

Yesterday was back.

Cable pull down 2 sets 1 at 140 second set at 150 6 reps
cable rows 3 sets 1 at 160 second at 170. 3rd set 4 reps 180 did to much movements and jurking.

pull ups 2 sets 6 reps.

dead lift

1 set at 225 6 reps.
1 set at 315 6 reps.
1 set at 335 1.5 reps
second attempt 1 set 1.5 rep with in 5 seconds of the 1st set.

I keep loosing grip and that is what makes me all worn out with my dead lifts.

I still hit hard. Energy was there focus was there.

So I started at 138lbs naked weight Now I am naked weight 141lbs.

Pictures I just took today on iphone.









Today was cardio 16 minutes. interval training. Max level 5 max speed 3.7 close to 1 mile or what ever the distance meter said.

My focus today was there during my cardio training. My intensity was there. I still do not feel the tingle. Next cardio is thursday. I will beat my time for sure.

Also I stimed with recovery mode while cardio to get the blood pumping to my legs. Loved it.

Seated Leg curls 100 7 reps 6 reps 6 reps
Seated calf Rises 95 10 reps 15second pause at static contraction
spider curls 75 7 reps 1 rep 4 reps but not full range of motion so next week I will go lighter and go with a better ROM
Hammer curls 100 9 reps 5 reps 3 reps.

Thanks for the kind words but I need to improve on my upper chest area so it fills in. Also my biceps and triceps need to be a bit bigger. Also my obliques are still fat. I try so hard to work them out once a week.

Hehe yes I am a vegetarian and yes I am 5ft5.

I eat very clean for the most part.

Morning Protein shake with nuts and milk.
Snacks protein bars with leucine in it.
Amaranth and Quinoa for meals with cheese in it or else it tastes like ass.
Bean and cheese burritos 3 times a week.
I re started to drink dairy milk again even though I get congested.
Soy milk a cup a day.
Peanut butter when I have some and now after 8 I cut out carbs and fats.
Also eat fruits 2 times a week as I take my super foods in stead for my antioxidants.
Eggs a carton every 2 weeks.
Gallon of water.

Thanks Warbird. I just need to few more pounds. Hope by the end of this protocol I get to 143 or 145lbs and keep my bf the same.

My diet is not bad. I can tell you this. Eating this way with out meat I feel more energetic even if I don't grow a fast as someone who does.
I get close to 300 grams of protein a day. Some times around 250 but for the most part 300. I will post fridays work out tomorrow. I am not infront of my sheet.

H.S Military incline press. 230lbs 11reps 5 reps 3 reps
Military press don't know about this
EZ bar Tricep Extention 55lbs 10 reps 4 reps 3 reps
H.S Pull downs 230lbs 11reps 5 reps 3 reps
Rack Dead lifts stright set for 315lbs 12 reps

Hack squats 180lbs 10reps than 125lbs at 20 reps
Calve rise. 150lbs 10reps 5 seconds down 15 seconds pause at static
Hamstring curls 50lbs 10 reps nice and slow
Preacher curls 75lbs 9 reps 5 reps 5 reps
Reverse ez bar curls. Just the bar 9 reps 4 4eps 4 reps.

Focus is right on par as I though. Energy was up. NO Tingle.

Yesterday Cardio. 16 minutes 1.02 was my distance. Beat my time from last week.

Today Wide grip S.M press 270 10 reps than just machine for 30reps
H.S Shoulder press 140lbs 9 reps 3 reps 3 reps
Cable rope push down 70lbs 10 reps 6 reps 4 reps
Cable pull down behind head 110lbs 10 reps 7 reps 5 reps
Cable rows 130lbs 10reps.

Today I sweated more than normal. Was tired as I ran out of protein in the morning but got my milk today after words. Just stocked up from costco.
