Today was back day.
I did 3 sets or cable pull downs.
1 set at 135lbs 2 and 3rd set at 145lbs
3 sets at 150lbs
Dead lifts 275lbs Most I have lifted in a longtime. 6 reps 4 reps and 3 reps as my hand started to loose grip. I ran out of money but once I get my grips back I will be lifting 315 or so again.
3 sets of pull ups 25lbs 6 reps.
I felt awesome. Energy was there I lifted very heavy.
If you notice I am started this cycle with lighter weights so I can get better ROM.
