This will be a sponsored log of BBS Testify, I will be taking 2 caps for the first 3 days and then 4 caps twice daily as directed on label. Pictures will be posted tomorrow morning and again at the end of the log. Stats are as follows:
Height: 5'10" Weight: 205 lbs
I have been on a 500 calorie above maintenance diet and will be increasing calories as needed to gain lean body mass. I took my 2 caps with my preworkout meal today, workout is as follows:

Workout went well today, took another 2 caps before the workout, will take 2 caps again tomorrow upon waking then go onto 4 caps twice daily after that. My endurance was incredible today, not sure why did everything the same except the Testify was added, my rest today was maybe 60 seconds between sets, less on some, I felt like I could workout forever. Very excited for this to kick in fully, I may switch to each bodypart twice if my recovery improves.

Feeling great today, shoulders were very pumped, haven't had a decent shoulder pump in a long time, endurance is better than was expected. Feeling like I can really attack the weights. Only downside was waking up with a calf cramp this afternoon, but I'm not going to attribute it to the Testify yet, just something to mention as I did some killer calf work the other day. Here are my measurements from the start of the Testify:

Felt great today, didn't have much time to workout so I basically went through it non stop. Appetite is definately bigger than usual, muscle recovery is better as well. Tomorrow will be some cardio, probably bleachers. Calf cramp is better, probably was just a little dehydrated.

Workout went great, was very pumped, also hit 335x6 on the floor racks, new PR big time. Had much more energy and drive today, also I've been sleeping much better, waking up feeling very rested, also joints aren't as sore either. Been much more hungry, appetite is huge, so I'm trying to stuff as many clean calories as possible to gain some lean mass. I have been taking the Testify as follows, with meals twice a day, once with preworkout meal 1 scoop whey, 50-75g complex carbs and with my 3AM meal.

Workouts are getting better and better, can't wait to see how I feel after 4 weeks. The random pressure decline is where your partner uses their hands and randomly hits the bar to force you to overcome the pressure at random points, really nice on inclines as well.

Endurance was better than expected today, I was really able to push it on the running, fatigue was not an issue at all, muscle recovery is a little better, legs are not really that sore from the workout yesterday and had a lot left to push for todays workout. Not noticing any sides yet at all. Skin is looking better, wasn't bad before but just better. Sleep is still getting better, waking up feeling very refreshed. My lady friend has noticed that my performance is "different in a good way" lol. Alright just ate at 11 and I'm starving already so gonna try to hold off until 0130 then eat again, to return tomorrow with a big shoulder day.

3 things to comment on today 1) Appetite is still growing, 2) Endurance today on the stair climber was great, no muscle burn, 3) Last night had some special time with the lady friend, 3x to be exact.

Lol, actually I woke up to an angry text this morning. Skin is a bit more oily as well, nothing terrible, but you can definately tell it effects the big T. Body felt pretty good today, I feel like my body wants to keep going and going in the gym but I'm trying to limit myself so as to not overtrain, sleep quality is still improving as well.

A whole roll of sushi for 5 bucks! Tons of different kinds too.

Had a great pump today, everything feels very full. I'm looking leaner and a bit more full this past week. Appetite continues to grow, going to add about 50g carbs and 20g fat each day as well as more veggies to up the fiber and see if I can stay full. Haven't slept very well the past few nights, but I am still waking feeling recovered, just extra tired, not attributing the poor sleep to the Testify, I work nights and every once in a while my body doesn't like being up til the sun comes up.

Felt great as usual today. Sleep has improved greatly. Looking much leaner but still big and full, very nice. Energy is still improving, I feel like I shouldn't stop my workouts but have to so I don't overtrain. Appetite is huge still as well, adding 50g protein to diet each day. Also feeling some nice "clean" aggression I will call it, not like roid rage, which I don't think exists, but just a nice feeling of confidence and a take no crap attitude.

do you use BCAA's during training ? that would help with the lag of energy & faster recovery.

I use BCAA's and waxy maize during the workout, but thanks for the comments. Today went well, back feels pretty good, nice and full feeling. Was only slightly sore from the deadlifts which is great since my back usually takes more than 2 days off to recover from them. Slept great again last night, seems my few bad nights of sleep are over. Everything else has been steady, looking lean still, feeling strong, very motivated to lift.

Deadlifts kill my back for several days.
I tried running after a DL workout and felt like a cripple :p

Hopefully your motivation stays up there, and same with the quality of sleep!

Great workout, took an extra day off to let myself rest, just doing each body part once this week and stopping short of failure, just going for a good pump. Chest was very pumped, felt full. Appetite still on the rise, woke up this morning and couldn't sleep so I had some eggs and oatmeal and passed out after. Waking up feeling very rested. Bottle is almost up so I'll get a final weight in a few days and take some after pics and post the before and afters side by side for comparison.

Workouts went great, tons of energy. Pump in my legs was huge, had to stop the lunges because of it. Body is feeling great, really able to push myself hard. Alright the Testify is over, wish I could stay on longer but the one month was great. Strength gains were noticable. Rack floor press was 335x3 before, while on Testify I did 335x6, huge jump. Strength was also steady throughout the workouts, I did not notice any lack in energy at the end of the workouts. DL PR as well with 325+2bandsx6 reps. I was not able to test any one rep maxs but I definately made great gains on my multi rep maxs. Endurance was great as well, many times after doing cardio I felt like a had more energy to hit the weights than before I started my cardio. Pump was improved as well. I had not been getting great pumps in my workouts for a long time, once I started the Testify I was getting better pumps each day and feeling that fullness alot longer as well. I finished up at 211 lbs, up 6 lbs from 205 lbs to begin. I have lost some fat as well, the pics will show that. My sex drive was greatly improved, I am an average 24 year old male, ready to go all the time, but the Testify helped me go multiple times in a row. As far as mental I did not feel like I was going to kill anybody but I did feel a clean aggression, like a supreme confidence. Muscle recovery was great, at no point did I feel like I had to take a day off or take it easy, in fact I was able to push harder and harder every workout. As noted in my log, appetite continued to grow, a very nice thing when trying to bulk/ lean bulk. Side effects, there were none. Nothing negative in my opinion to report. All in all I enjoyed my time on Testify, when compared to similar products, I would choose this one over alot of other non-hormonal products, felt clean and not like I was "on" something, just felt good. Will I buy this product in the future when I am looking for a non-hormonal product, yes.
