goals on cycle will be to increase lean body mass and increase strength on all core lifts bench press,squat and dead lift.

past cycle use 6wk1-T,8wk mmv2 and 6wk hdrol solo.
Diet i am naturally lean so i will be eating pretty much whatever i want in large portions.
Supplements whey,BCAAS,Multivitamin,bulk cissus,grape seed,fish oil.
Training5x5 style squat monday,benchpress wednesday and deadlift friday aswell as other accessories lifts.
