  4. ok this is going to sound stupid.... Yesterday when doing my squats I was having troubles adding the weight up. I bought a 300 pound weight set, so I'm assuming all the weights and bar total is 300.... and I couldn't figure out why things wern't adding up when I was going for 250. Turns out with the (2)5 plates it all equals 310 pounds. So I tried to max out at 310 by accident. This gives me a lot of hope for 300. I will be double checking all the plates today because yesterday was so frustrating. I spent a good 10 mins questioning whether I had done 250 because I still had 2(25) and 2(5) plates left over, lmao.

  5. Warmed up 135x6 on the bench, then repped 225x1. I have never benched 225 and I feel it is a stepping stone to a whole new world. The single was very easy to be honest. I will be performing 235 in 20 mins, and if that is accomplished I will go for 240 or 245 depending how easy the 235 is after another 20 mins. Here goes!

    BB Bench - 135x6, 225x1, 235x1, 245x0, 185x10

    Despite trying for 3 max attempts, I still put 185 up 10 times. I'm curious to know if I had a chance with 245 had I tried it as my only attempt.

  9. I like to spend a little bit longer working up to my 1rm, and start a lot lower in weight.
    Usually with just the bar at first.
    Everyone works a bit differently, but I feel like it helps to give your joints a chance to wake up.
    Maybe try that the next time you max?

    Just to note - I've been checking my boys every night for last week as I'm nearing the end, and today they seem a bit smaller. Seems to have happened in 1 day, lol. Also to note there was a complication in sexual activity with my gf today. Still get horny, but I take forever to go. Perhaps at the very end of this cycle I'm experiencing some good shut down? To be honest I was prepared for this to happen much sooner than it did. Other than this, things are great.

  11. Damn forgot to mention one other thing. Seems as though my aggression has skyrocketed just in the last 3-4 days. I've been getting pissed and irritated much easier.

    Take that aggression with you to the gym and use as much as you can there!

    Completely forgot to warmup.... where's my head been lately lol.

    BB Bench - 205x6 (almost got 7!), 195x8, 185x10 ss 135x15
    Skullcrushers
    BW Dips
    Finished off with set of curls for fun 65x20

    SO PUMPED. Feeling great. I'm going to try for 250 bench on thurs. Tomorrow I will be getting some deads in, and then weds is the last day with legs.
    I'll try to finish this log with a 250 bench, 300 deadlift, and 300 squat. Even if I don't meet these numbers, this cycle has been amazing.

  19. Started pct today. Will be getting my after shots taken tomorrow and will write my final review of Finadex. Got the 300 deadlift pretty easy. Today i will try for a 300 squat and 250 bench. Also, if anyone has any questions regarding how I am doing pct, just shout it out.

  20. Ok missed both the 300 squat and 250 bench, but it's all good. Unracking and going down controlled for both was cake. Made it half way up on both as well and got stuck. I'll aim to have them dominated by end of pct.
