All is good here. Only thing bothering me are my joints. Elbows in particular. I may start dosing cissus and a few more fish oil caps. 3 weeks in and I started on bench with 155x10, and now doing 195x8. I'm sure muscle memory played a small role, but Fina is the real deal. To be honest the pound gained over the weekend wasn't even earned. I didn't eat much, and yet the gains continue. I feel that I look much better than I did at the start and I have had some friends tell me my arms are looking big. Good stuff! |
