Dosing Protocol: The label doesn't say exactly how many fluid ounces to mix your level scoop in with, but I used 10 oz to mix with my pre-workout serving, which was immediately before my workout and then my post-workout serving, which was within 30-40 minutes after my workout.
Mixability: I mixed 1 level scoop in with 10 oz of water. The label doesn't say exactly how much fluid to mix it in with, but most drinks call for 6 to 8 fluid oz. I used a Blender Bottle, so of course mixing wasn't an issue. Immediately after shaking it up, the top of the drink seemed very frothy and foamy. Some of the aminos seemed to be floating in chunks, but this dispersed and settled after the first couple of minutes.
Mixability: 10 out of 10.
Taste: WOW!!! The flavoring system used by Universal is outstanding. Imagine Hawaiian Punch... with a kick! (Pun intended.)

Mood: I arrived to the gym around 11:30 PM and my gym closes at 12 AM midnight. I had 30 minutes to bust out a good leg workout and I did just that. Shortly after consuming my first serving of EAA Nitro, I drank my first serving of BSN N.O. Xplode. I was sweating heavily and felt very energetic. I really wish I could've worked out for another hour or two, but I wasn't able to. I plan on going to the gym a little earlier tomorrow night. I often feel a burn (aka buildup of lactic acid) in my calves during my workout, but I didn't experience using either Intra-Aid and now EAA Nitro.
Mood: 10 out of 10.
