Dang..so the girl lied to me the whole time. She never came at all.
Any ways though I spent about 5 hours though working on the engine bay of my car. Lots of sanding and lots of sweating. Not gym though the last 2 days.
So I'll find a way to manage to get to the gym.
Sigh..time to start again.
I've been slacking with posting and my workout and diet.
I created a new meal and workout plan through Microsoft Excel to keep it more organized this time around.
I will no longer be using this supplements though. I will just stick with whole protein if possible and take out the goat whey. Put money towards the supplements to my foods.
I will start a new thread and re-direct it to that page once I start it.
