    This is going to be a simple log of me stacking these two products.

    Dosage protocol

    1-T Tren
    7/7/7/7/7(this will be a partial week "5 days")
    CEL M-drol
    20/20/30/30

    Highlights of this log: Will record gains, improvements in lifts, and status while on it.

    This will start tommorow!

    Day 2: Rubbed the pumps on my chest/shoulders/arms, it dries fairly easily.

    my pct is nolva 20/20/10/10+ PCS 4/4/4/4 easy and solid.

    Planning to do legs at the gym, will record how my workout went and strength in main lifts.

    5 sets of leg extensions
    3 sets of hamstring curls
    2 sets leg press

    Lateral cable raises:
    5 sets 12 reps
    Rear delt pec deck reverse flies
    5 sets 8 reps

    Dumbbell shrugs:
    3x 120x 15

    Barbell shrugs:
    315x 8

    Day 6:

    Chest/tris/calves

    Day 7:Shoulders/bis/quads

    Day 8:back/tris/hamstrings

    Day 9:Chest/calves

    Day 10:Bis/shoulders
