USP LABS CISSUS RX VS> Animal Flex

Ok the battle I wanted to see what works for me and how my body responds to these two products. A little about me 37 201lbs problem area are Shoulder tendinitis issues, knee torn meniscus (had surgery).... I have been using flex since it came out so a few years... I read so many good reviews on Cissus so I wanted to try two bottles... To see how it will compare with flex
Dose 2 times a day = 4 caps per day
Cissus look good it stated Supports Strong and Healthy Joint, Ligaments, Tendons and Cartilage.
My first bottle I did not notice too much, my joints felt good but I notice my shoulder getting tighter and my knee also… So I was thinking Oh that’s nothing my training have changed so no worries. Started the second bottle and things started to go downhill My shoulder now is in full blown pain my knee Well It hurts but hey not as bad as the shoulder….
Flex I never had any issues with my shoulder or knee, no pain nothing even when I had my knee scope flex was just great never once I had an issue with my joints using flex.
So I order 3 cans of flex and I praying this will not set back my training (I just started a my battle fuel) I am trying to get through the pain so no real shoulder work just 1 excurse on each of my workout days.
To close I want to say I think Cissus will work with some other joint product not just by itself…

Also if ant broke don’t fix it!!!!
