Great workout! Really feeling strong lately! Especially on those DB Curls... Like a few weeks ago 30 lbs was feeling like i was running out of steam and this week I made 8 full reps on each arm of 40 lbs... thats fricken awesome!

Feelin great today! Arms feel bigger than ever and my tri's were a little sore... Which is a feeling I haven't felt in years!
I cant wait to hit the gym tomorrow!
And im getting a body comp done tomorrow!

Another great fricken workout! Apparently taking 2 weeks off and starting up on the BC+EAA was a godsend to my strength!
I changed up the dosage today, Im still experiencing a bit of DOMS which I normally dont on Xtend so Im dosing it just like I did xtend. A little before the workout, a little during, and chug it at the end

Well guys i think i found my sweet spot. Since dosing before, during and after my workout I havent felt much for DOMS at all. Hopefully this stays this way

Sadly enough this whole time I havent had a solid diet plan... Well for the most part I ate cleanish foods but Ive never kept track of calories or macros but im pretty sure ive been in a deficit for most of it!
4 More percent body fat and ill be seein them abs, and probably the leanest ill ever have been, cause I got down to like 13 once when I was on m1t and could see my bottom V part of my abs but not the actual abs

I really feel like the BC+EAA helps my endurance at work some days, cause normally I'd be a little more tired doing some of the stuff I do

The last two workout days I have left the gym super happy. Wednesday because of my body comp results and yesterday because of my bench press increase
Last week I had a spotter and a lift off and got 5 reps of 225 lbs.. and normally at this stage of the gym I can only do 5 lb increases... Well I was feeling cocky (and maybe even a little dumb) and managed to rip out 5 reps of 235 with no spotter and no lift off! WOOOOOOOOOO 10 lb increase!
Work:
Man work sucked... Definitely got extra cardio in for the day. Walked around with a 35 lb leaf blower on my back for about 6 hours

Took my normal doses during the work day and as usual im not feeling any DOMS for lifting and the BC+EAA is definitely helping me get through the day at work. My girlfriend keeps commenting that ive gotten skinnier... WHO KNOWS!
