    Some nice volume in there mate! I must admit there's nothing quite like going high reps every now and then for sheer exhaustion and working up a sweat!

    Dose: 4 scoops during work

    Work:Man I think the BC+EAA probably saved my a$$ at work today! Got up to around 98 degrees in WI and I was running around all day long outside... Sweatin like crazy!!

    Workout:I got through this workout MUCH easier than mondays and much faster, a little less on the heavy compounds today but it was ok cause Im still sore from monday... This high rep stuff is definitely gonna shock my body and I can already see some changes happening
