    Looks like it's gonna be The One for me


    OK so i've had to scrap my plans for an injectable cycle, there's been a lot of busts in my area of people buying online soo i've decided to go the legal route. Its gonna be a 5 week run of The One with 2nd gear and clomid for pct setup like this

    TO- 2/3/3/3/4 with igf1 100mcg 3/wk

    PCT
    2nd gear at 2/day
    Clomid 150/100/100/50 (probably less depending on how shut down I feel
    Pmgf 250mcg 2/wk for 4 weeks

    Support supps
    Liv-52
    Hawthorne
    Red yeast rice
    Milk Thistle
    Fish oil
    CLA
    Egcg

    Diet
    Shooting for at least 3500cals a day with about 250-300g protein


    Right now im 5'5" 155lbs with low bdyfat (not sure scale says 6%) and hope to get to 165-170 after PCT. I messed my knee up in the army so my legs are a weak link so I havent really trained them in over a yr

    Ill start posting my progress tomorrow and post pics once i get em loaded

    hmm for pct i would not use the clomid from what i have read on logs 2nd gear seems to be fine ...... up 2 you though i would just use it say a week after 2nd gear if your still feeling shut down just my 2 cence though.

    Remember to eat lots of fruit to combat the lethargy. I used 2nd Gear with Testofen and 10g of fish oil for PCT and recovered completely without losing any LBM.

    Also the lethargy was killing me so fruit, caffeine or whatever as once you get in third to forth week you'll need it

    use the clomid. No reason to roll the dice for the sake of saving $20 (half a clomid bottle). Most people have had no issues, but IMO it is really foolish to risk permanent bodily complications to be cheap when likely $100 has already been spent.

    use your SERM.

    Looks like overkill to me. I just finished up mine and it was my 1st cycle. 9lbs gain and strength is way up. Used cycle assist on cycle and using 2nd gear and 11-oxo PCT with milk thistle. I'm not dead and I'm feelin pretty good I might add.

    isn't 11-oxo a PH? If so, its probably not a great PCT choice.

    6-oxo being the natural product that'd best compliment a PCT?

    Yeah i hear TO is really mild for shut down but id rather be safe than sorry and i got a good deal on clomid 60ml bottle at 50mg/ml for $15 so i stocked up. So far its going good I feel great and pumped up. I do have 1 unexpected side effect ive been having crazy dreams, and once i wake up im totaly freaked out and paranoid thinking someones outside my house or going to break in or something just wierd sh*t anyways got some benadryl so I hope that helps. Other than that all's well strength feels good im lifting more weight for more reps. I cant stay on long but i'll post up my first few workouts next time im on.

    If you're not feeling seriously shut down, you might consider simply using 25mg-50mg clomid for 2-4 weeks of PCT, along w/ 2nd Gear. This way, you aren't "rolling the dice" or risking it, but you aren't using 150mg of Clomid a day, either. There's a fine line between efficient, and overkill (IE. diminished returns).

    If you haven't read the article posted by Eric about the dangers of using SERMs unnecessarily, I'd suggest it.

    Maybe but apn even say a serm is not really needed and with this product i would not see why you would need it .....

    It does not really shut you down i would compare it with say hdrol for sides seems great and its why they recomend their own pct.

    Infact in my view you would be more at risk using a serm if your not shut down because serms are not side free either.

    I would only use serm for something stronger.

    Anything in excess is bad, but most of the studies done on SERMs are at a different dose and for longer periods than common PCT usage. There is not enough research on SERMs and AIs to give any definitive answer.

    i aggree who knows i guess its different with different compounds though cuz with mdrol / superdrol everyone recomends serms lol.

    While I whole-heartedly agree that studies done on SERMs are typically aimed toward the medical field, and not toward bodybuilding/weight-lifting hobbyists, I still don’t agree that it’s completely responsible to take 6 tablets of a pharmaceutical drug that’s typically prescribed at 1 tablet daily, and rarely prescribed at 2 tablets daily. Will it kill you? No. Will it cause long-term health problems? Pretty unlikely. But is it ultimately worth the results you may obtain, even if the increased risk is very minimal? I personally don’t feel that it is. I’ve tried both methods, and I personally find neither to be more or less beneficial than the other for a full recovery. That said, I simply can’t justify the additional cost for what little benefit I may have obtained, and the “increased chance” of additional side effects.

    Again, I’m not attacking anyone. I’m certainly not suggesting that you’re in danger if you decide to go through with your original plan of 150/100/100/50, and I’m most certainly not attempting to insult anyone’s intelligence here. I only wanted to voice a more precautionary opinion. Either way I’m sure you’ll have an excellent cycle and a successful PCT. Good luck.
