Ordered assault and bullet proof.....one of the few pre workouts i havnt tried... so ill even try and do my first log possibly with pics...hopefully it works as well for me as ive read for others

I've taken a break from BP for a while - doesn't fit into my IF diet, but recently started Assault back up...

Man I love that stuff! I just feel great while lifting.

i hear ya on the long hours...i deliver furniture and usually work on average of 11 to sometimes 14 hr days, then straight to the gym, i need all the help i can get
