It has been a while since I've been on here consistantly and even longer (Dec '07) since I have ran anything fun! :D Life has been very busy, but I have been back in the full swing at the gym for almost three months now. I feel great, injury free, diet is in check and I am VERY motivated to run this cycle and log the best that I can. As the title says, this will be a X-Mass and Epistane six week stack for a lean bulk with a decent calorie surplus.

I am happy to have been selected to run a log for GL for the new X-Mass (Estra-4,9diene-3,17-dione) and their BCAA-EE matrix product. I like most of you have had great experience with GL's stuff in the past and I expect nothing less moving forward here.

I believe I am the first to stack these two or atleast run a log on it. Should be a fun lean bulk to kick off the summer! :)

Day 1

1.5hr chest/arms/abs workout at home.

Started dose of XM in the morning and work out was five hours after.

I have a limted weight set @ home, so I didn't get a very comprehensive workout, but a good one nonetheless.

So I did some typical stuff: flat db bench, flys, skull crushers, iso curls, etc, etc. All of the sets were for 6-8 reps, x3-4 sets.

Energy and pumps were slightly up, some placbo was in effect too, lol. Overall, a good kick-off workout; I felt really good throughout.

No changes on anything else, as expected.

Day 2

Off Day. Felt good, was a little tired/cranky around 11-noon, despite getting nine hours sleep.:sleeping:

No other changes. Back/shoulders day tomorrow! :D

Thanks man. I have ran Epi before (bridged with Trn for 6wks) and have had a good experience with it: +6-8 lean lbs over four weeks (epi alone), strength/recovery gains, good mood, little supression, virtually no other sides. Seemed like a no-brainer for a lean bulk with XM.

Day 3 (monday)

1.75 hr back/shoulders and minor legs/ab workout.

Cable stack:
Behind neck press; 130 for 8 x1, 150 for 8 x 1, 160 for 6 x2
Wide grip pull down (upright); 140 for 8 x1, 160 for 8 x2
Close grip rows (upright); 140 for 8 x1, 180 for 8 x3

Squats: 140 for 8 x1, 225 for 8 x2

db rows; 55 for 8 x1, 65 for 8 x2
db overhead press; 45 for 8 x2, 55 for 6 x1
db delt raise; 30 for 8 per x 3
db side lat raise; 35 for 8 per x3
db shrugs: 130 for 12 x3

Abs:
side lifts: 30lbs x 20 x3
ball crunches: 20 x3

**other stuff I am probably forgetting here.

Energy and pumps were still pretty solid. Overall, another good workout. I did notice what appeared to be a minor back pumps on my left side, which started to bring back memories of SD in 06. We see if that devolpes into anyhting persistant.

Getting 7-8hrs sleep, mood/diet are good, weight and everthing else still unchanged.

Days 4-7

Due to work and some family issues, my workout schedule has been compromised this week (only two days). All of these have been off days. Good news is that I was able to hit almost everything I wanted in the limited time that I had.

Overall, I have felt very good and the workouts/pumps have certainly been getting better. No back pumps or major sides.

Here is a quick rundown:

Libido: Great. Boys are big and morning wood every other day :D
Acne: Normal/very minor.
Mood: Good, but have been easily aggitated/annoyed some times.
Sleep: Good REM, getting about 7-9hrs e/d.
Strength: Good - up appx. 10lbs on most.
Edurance: Great - the last reps/negs have been awesome.
Weight: Up 4lbs in the AM (184)
Muscular Density/Appearance: Good - Some minor hardness/size increase noticed here on day 7.
Recovery: Very good, considering the mid-week inactivity. (lol)
Lethargy: None

Hey man how is this stack going so far? i am not sure if im ready for a pro-hormone cycle but when i do i want to have a good product lined up but i cant afford some of these real expensive products like the XTREME's so im thinking Generic Labz XMASS might be a good diea. How is it working for you?

Overall, things have been going very well. Nice lean bulker/recomp run, with very little sides and shutdown. I am up 8lbs. This product is similar to TRN in the recomp/aggression aspects, but otherwise different with less sides.

I will be updating this log very shortly - been pretty busy latley, but still keeping track of progress and still hitting the gym.

Day 11

Great back/bi/abs/shoulders day; weight was getting lighter and endurance is noticably up. Overall, felt really good today, even with switching my workout to the AM before work, which I have always gone after work. Felt a little fresher in there, which I believe is the morning.

Libido: Great.
Acne: Above normal.
Mood: Good, but still easily aggitated/annoyed (as experienced with M-TRN).
Sleep: Good REM, 9hrs and finally a dream I can remember! lol
Strength: Good - up appx. 10lbs on most.
Edurance: Great - the last reps/negs have been great.

Day 14

Workout day: 1.25hr chest/arms/abs workout. I definetly noticed the kick in today and the previous workout; strength, intensity, endurance are all noticably up. Overall, felt really good, but was a little tired around 2pm. I have had consitantly great sleep and dreams that I can recall for the last 4-5 days.

Libido: Great.
Acne: back to somewhat normal.
Mood: Good.
Sleep: Good, about 8hrs and more dream I can remember! lol
Strength: Good - up appx. 15-20lbs on most.
Edurance: Great - up yet again.
Weight: Same (185)

Workout day: 1hr legs/abs/cardio workout. Overall, felt good most of the day, but was really tired 3-4 hours after this workout, which was in the afternoon.

Libido: Great.

Days 17~19

A few decent off days. Feeling really tired in the middle of the afternoon, at the office when I am busy. This usually never happens unless I have a large, hot, tasty carb sandwich for lunch....except I havent. :( I have had to pop a 5hr energy shot to compensate for this, which has helped a little. Definetly getting enough sleep/food, so this is definetly the XM.

Libido: Great.
Acne: normal.
Mood: Good, but still easily aggitated/annoyed inconsistantly.

Update

Sorry for the late updates guys, been very busy. In case you are wondering I have essentially kept a little note pad with some general notes about each day, that I am simply inputing here after the fact.

As I mentioned above, overall things have been going very well. I am in the middle of week five and the XM>Epi change over has been good, except for a few mid afternoon headaches and increased shutdown. Otherwise, my BP is good, I am eating clean and am currently up 9lbs.

I will update a few more days till current tomorrow....stay tuned.

Day 20

Workout day: 1.5hr back/bi/abs/shoulders workout. Best workout so far! I noticed an even greater increase in strength, intensity. I am sweating alot more, though. BP is good, all else was fine except the lethargy, which has only happened during the day.

Workout day: 1.25hr chest/arms/abs workout; another great one! Awesome strength and intensity, still sweating like crazy but feel great otherwise. Arms are shapping up nicely, still working on my ever-so-slow progress bi's! :worried: By far my hardest muscle make progress on.

Still trying to get used to this 5am stuff, but am better than before....lol. Much clearer focus in the gym this early and great energy as long as I get some clean carbs in prior.

Libido: Great.

Day 25-27

A couple very, very busy off days and had a big blow out on the temper this week. While it was justified and I was 'right', I lost my temper and should not have done/said what I did. Overall, just really easily aggitated/annoyed with the stress of work and home. Seems worse than what I recall on the M-TRN a few years ago...

Also, I noticed a small drop in Libido since my workout on the weekend.

Libido: lower than normal.
Acne: Normal.
Mood: Decent and easily aggitated/annoyed consistantly.
Sleep: Good; 7-8hrs.
Strength: N/A
Edurance: N/A
Weight: up 188
Muscular Density/Appearance: Still holding leaner/bigger.

Workout day: 1.5hr back/bi/abs/shoulders, needless to say I was dying to blow off some steam/aggression here. :) Another great workout, pumps where great and everything felt light and that I could crush more sets. Def one of the best workouts thus far and late in the game nontheless. Also up a lb when I woke up.

Libido: below normal.
Acne: Normal.
Mood: Good - much better after workout.
Sleep: Good, about 8hrs.
Strength: Great and up again; appx. 35lbs on most.
Edurance: Great.

Workout day: 1.5hr chest/tri/abs workout; Good, solid workout. Pumps were great, but my energy and strength were noticably lower. May be from just the Epi or more probably that didnt eat that good pre wo. Also, I have been experiencing a few minor headaches mid afternoon, which have been more annoying than painful. Lastly, I have dropped two pounds, even though my cal intake has been about the same. :)

Off day - felt pretty good and was unusually really hungry, more than most post wo days. Overall, things are good and I look a little more leaner in the mirror, particularly in the top/side ab area. Mood has been improved over the last couple days, not as sharp as before. Libido/boys still down, though a little better.

Workout day: 1.5hr back/bi/abs/shoulders. Great workout; pumps, endurance on negs, strenght were excellent. This is what I remember from Epi! Started doing deads again; did pretty good with 165/195lb for 8-10x3 and didnt injure myself. :D

Libido: lower than normal, but improved.
Acne: Normal.
Mood: Good, better than previous.
Sleep: Good, 8hrs.
Strength: Back up again (appx. 20-35lbs on most)
Edurance: Great.
Weight: 187
Muscular Density/Appearance: Still holding leaner.

Days 33-34

Off days - Pretty sore overall, especially my traps, lower back and legs. Mood still much improved over the last couple days, libido still down. Lethargy has been much better, most notably over these two rest days. Dreams have been very good as well, lol. Also, back up 1lb.

Well, a few reasons. First, this started out as a GL sponsored log for XM only. Secondly, I was really interested to see the tren differences back to back with the Epi, as well a comparision of my experiences with the two tren compounds alone. I did a Epi/Tren in 12/07 with the other GL M-TRN (17b-Methoxy-Trienbolone) and had great results. Lastly, I really wanted to see where this new XM stacked in amongst the rest of the "tren" compounds currently on the marketout. I have seen good things from the Finigenix Magnum PharmagenX logs, and since GL had no issue with a stack, I used some left over Epi which as just enough.

If its one thing I really do not like, its running solo cycles. :D Now that I know the compound and how my body reacts to it, my next one will probably be a 6/7week lean bulk with Epi/XM all the way through.

Alright that makes sense. I'm definitely looking forward to the recap, are you going to post pictures?

On the next lean bulk Epi/XM cycle, I've read that since epi and tren are both class 1 compounds they may be fighting for similar receptors. Therefore best protocol would be to stack one or the other with a class 2 compound. The bridge however seems fine. Have you heard anything similar?

No, I cannot say that I have seen anything. I will see If I can find something on running them simultaneously. I have always bridged them - thx for the tip.
