It has been a while since I've been on here consistantly and even longer (Dec '07) since I have ran anything fun! Life has been very busy, but I have been back in the full swing at the gym for almost three months now. I feel great, injury free, diet is in check and I am VERY motivated to run this cycle and log the best that I can. As the title says, this will be a X-Mass and Epistane six week stack for a lean bulk with a decent calorie surplus.
