i am on a xtren/cycle and working a lot of 12 hour shifts in a box factory-very hot/physical work. don't get a lot of time for meals so i drink a ton of protein shakes in my 64oz cots mug. i know cl recommends golden gains as a post-workout but i am using it as a meal replacement, i like the added fruits and veggies. i will continue to drink the protein, and at 3 am i will add 3 scoops of golden gains. what i hope to get is more energy, , recomp and strength. i am current on day 13 of cycle and up 7-8 pounds. i hope to see/feel a significant difference after 1 jug-this stuff ain't cheap. if it lives up to my expectations i plan to use this all summer.
