First and foremost thanks to Crazyfool405, and Crowler for the Opportunity to run this expectedly amazing product.
This is my first log, so I apologize ahead of time if this comes across as off from most others. I will be running the GBOL to recomp with a higher emphasis on cutting bf%.
My current stats are as follows:
Height: 6'2
Weight: 233
Age: 22
Time lifting: off and on for just over 4 years now (although i just got into the BB aspect of it around 6 months ago and have already gained a solid 55 or so)
Dietary habits:
I eat around 5-8 meals a day. (varies depending on a few diff. factors)
Consisting of around roughly 2500-3000cal a day.
I don't drink, or smoke.
I consume around a gallon and a half of water daily.
Supps:
Glycobol (4 caps)
Fishoils (7 grams)
CLA (4 grams)
DCP (6 caps)
Multivit/min
I use an additional carb supp called Carbo Max consisting of malto (for my shakes, not just any time i'm consuming carbs).
And my protein powder is ATW. Cinnamon Bun and Cup Cake Batter... YUM!
My Workout Split:
-Bi's, and Tri's
-Chest
-Delts, and Traps
-Full Back
-Full Legs
