-about me- 40, 5'10", 185lbs, bf% not sure and dont care as im happy with whatever it is. i use the mirror
-supps- , , endoamp, stoked(will only be run 8 weeks)
-diet- clean lean bulk at ~ 2800
-workout- 3 day push-pull split with 3 days cardio
