    I will run 15 minute HIIT in AM ED upon wakening.

  2. Subbed, have you ran a high dose of RK before? You'll love it, it's one of my favorite supplements that is super effective at 800-1000 mgs.

  3. I just started this TODAY!
    I was too impatient.

    RK will be @ 1000mg ED. Also, Beta Alanine is in the mix now.
    On RK, I get very woozy for about 10 minutes once it hits my blood stream.(375mg)

    I am also taking MP-Shred in the AM.

    Other then that, I feel good, I know ill be fine, im motivated.

    Gonna go guzzle some waxy maize/isolate now

  4. Update:Paralyzed from yesterdays leg workout.

    Feeling pretty tight all around. My biggest concern for weight loss is my mid-section, the rest of my body is much leaner than my stomach.

    I have added carnitine and glutamine.

    My diet is still going strong. I am still eating 300g of protein, carbs are maybe around a 100. My fats kind of vary, i gag when drinking evoo. Its NASTY

    I will weigh myself after the first week. I was 205lb as of 4/12

  5. I weighed myself at night after dinner, 201.5, im sure its less when im not carrying food.

    Running hasn't been done for a couple days due to my leg workout, legs really sore(i neglected them)

    Epidrol - AWESOME EXPERIENCE - Im at theflat bench, and I grabbed the bar, pulled myself up to it while laying on the bench squaring my eyes with the BB, and returned back to position, I hit the weight with a push, to only move it a inch or so and return it, then I launched it up and put up some new numbers with ease. Its only my 6th day.

    Still taking my TTA-500 w/ 1000mg of RK ED,

    its only been a week but my gym buddy and I did noticed a difference, especially on my sides. I flexed this morning in the mirror, i look a bit leaner, definitely, still a lot of progress but im going to keep on trying.

  6. Update : Strength is up, not feeling much from TTA-500 or RK. dont know why but thats how I feel about it. Im trying to get my hands on the PLCAR but unable to locate any that will be suitable for 900mgs divided throughout the day.
