  3. i turned my self in to an eating machine lol since today its going to be leg day i want to be ready.

    breakfast was lean ground beef with some veggies and protein shake.

    i was kind of hungry and i ate as a snack 1.5 pounds of general tso chicken (i know all the carbs of the glaze/sauce shame on me)

    for lunch i went to a mexican/seafood place order a big seafood cocktail and 12 raw oysters

    a few mins ago i ate 1 can of tuna and a whole avocado and crackers. im FULLLLLLLL

  5. im kind of upset with my self. this is my first complete leg workout in months and i didnt do like i spected.

    I did 5 min warm up on the eliptical at level 25.

    i hate lunges. i avoid them like the plage. i have very poor balance, either stationary or walking lunges im always fallin to the sides

    well its been 2 weeks already im kind of busy today, i dont know if im going to be able to hit the gym.

    i have noticed that my confidence has improved(with girls) its been a good run so far. im half way done with the cycle and lets see what this next 2 weeks have for me

  25. Sorry for not being so active in this thread lately.
    I been really stressed. Since sunday a uncle had been at the hospital, he had emphysema, he didnt smoke. He got it from second hand smoke. In the past he had suffer 3 heart attacks and survided (that was years ago). Till last year he was a very active guy. He got involved in both of my cousins soccer teams since they were little(as a coach) , and he used to walk everyday and keep a very active lifestile, but his health started going downhill last year. But yesterday he had some complications and he passed the way at 3:48 after suffering from another 3 heart atacks in less than a few hrs appart. the doctors didnt want to make him suffer more so they just let him die. He was my moms oldest brother at age 69, he barely turned 69 april 20. Im really upset cause of that and that i had to be the one to tell my mom that he die. And catch her as she fainted and hearing and seing her cry destroyed me in the inside in a weird way. it ****ing sucks. i want to keep going to the gym as a stress relief but its kind of hard.

    I love that SOB he used to make fun of me all the t ime. The last time we talked(last week) he was making fun of the car i bought my ex and the color and that im driving it now. I want to remember him as the funny guy he was and the good times we had as a family. Its kind of hard.. . He teached how to play poker among other things. i miss him.

    Thanks i really apreciate it. Well i dont know about the time off. I dont want to get away from things that keep me busy cause then i start thinking alot of stupid **** when things like this happen. i rather keep my self busy. i just needed to vent this. since i havent cried about this i mean. i feel really bad. ****************

    i tried it a few times(i have used half a bottle lol) i liked it. i might use it on my arms more since i like how it makes them look it gives me a nice tanned color.

    Yeah i hear that, gym is my outlet as well. things get weird, go lift.

  37. Sorry for your loss. Keep working out bro! That is what kept me going thru the loss of both my parents. Just think of how lucky you were to have had that person in your life. Good memories never fade!

    thanks Easy, I dont think im going anytime soon but thanks anyway.

    the day tha tmy uncle got buried last saturday a friend got kidnaped and murder. another victim of border violent crime, several family and friends of him from vegas and LA and other places came they had to be acomodated. so i was kind of busy.

    today its my last day on THE ONE.
