Day 22 Morning weight was 206.8
Workout after having a big carb lunch was much better for shoulders.
I have to say that I would highly recommend this stack with someone on a moderate carb diet.
While effect at maintaining strength and increase in certain muscle groups, I feel the effects are much more noticable while consuming carbs.
Anyways, back to no carbs today!
