First cycle of S Drol

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i should take my first cycle of s dol (dosage per week)

I bought a couple bottles..I'm thinking 3x a day for 30 days like most orals.

Problem is, instructions say take 1 daily and dont exceed 30 days, but the bottle count is 90.

lol i was gonna say, 3 pills a day for 30 days might kill me.

so 1 pill a day for the first week and 2 pills a day for the next two weeks?
