    3)fish-oils
    4)hawthorn-berrie's
    5)100%-whey shakes(post-pre)
    6)vita-berrie(will incorporate in the 2nd week)

    note:today is my off day,so i will start in the morning.my dosing(extreme hardcore muscle stack) will be exactly as the chart rec.click on my extreme hardcore muscle stack link,to see the chart.my dang digital scale batteries are dead as a door nail.so i will get the before weight tommorrow and pics also.thank you for all of your patience and support.i really appreciate it.

    neck-205 lbs.neck shrugs-4 sets of 20.(flat bar)
    behind the back shrugs-225.lbs-4 sets of 10.(flat bar)
    shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
    bi's-140.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)

    supps-5-pumps of the 1 t-tren,2-mega-man multi's,hawthorn berries,fish oils,amino's,100% whey shake.

    will update food intake later!..and will post before pics later on today also.

    note:1 t tren is almost odorless.pretty cool!..will be back later,after w/o!
