millitary d.b's-60 lbs. 4 sets 0f 8.(hammer)
bench/press 255 lbs. 4 sets of 7.
1)baked chicken,mashed potatoe's,gravy,whey shake.
note:started late today,but still had the aggression going on.appetitte is getting up there.all in all, it was a great day for training.thank you all for the support fella's,i really appreciate it my friends!

day 8!..week 2..update.
d.b press-80 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b shrugs-60 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b raises-50 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b millitary-60 lbs.4 sets of 4.
1)2-turkey sandwiches,toss green salad,whey shake.
2)pork chops,rice,mashed potatoes.
note:still going great,i know the numbers arent' that great,but this is my first day of doing straight d.b's....thank you for all of the support.

I wouldnt say those numbers arent that great bro. I would say there pretty dang nice considering your first time back to DBs! Nice workout right thur!

10 reps with 80 lbs dumbell presses is strong! keep up the consistency your doing terrific with them bolder shoulders!

yep DB raises 50x10 is something i can barely do for one set, and this is something you're just starting again and you can do four sets? thats hoss brotha.

neck-205 lbs.neck shrugs-4 sets of 20.(flat bar)
behind the back shrugs-225.lbs-4 sets of 10.(flat bar)
shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
bi's-120.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)..
grub-sausage and eggs,rice,toast.
2-turkey sandwiches,mac salad,fries,whey shake..
note:aggression is rising most def..i feel it!..sorry for the late update!..i had some personal matters to attend to.but everything seems to be fine at the moment.thank you for all of the support and encouragement!
