Hoping to Launch in 1 week.
6 meals/300g Protein/200g Carbs 60g Fat EVOO/Almonds/etc
Cardio 3-4 times a week. 45-1hr
I want to develop more of my chest/calves and traps. They will all be hit twice a week.
This will run for 2 months.
