    I will be one of the testers for a new AMS product called liquidrone. It is a potent lean mass and hardening agent that will not convert to DHT or estrogen. The chemical structure resembles the anabolic Trenbolone in both structure and function.

    This will be my first sponsored log, and I will be very meticulous. Feel free to ask any questions as I am on here most nights. Once I receive the product I will update the community every day.

    On Sunday, I will be posting pictures, measurements, current maxes, routine overview and diet.By the end of this cycle I hope to say to my old body........


  2. I just wanted to update everyone as to the routine I will be running during this cycle. I will be running Sheiko, which is a Russian power lifting routine with a high volume base. I have just completed 3wks of Sheiko 29 which is the beginner version but after week 4 I will be transitioning into Sheiko 37 which has more volume and a greater variety of exercises. Here are the links to both programs: Number 1 is Sheiko 29 and number 2 is Sheiko 37.


    So as far as what program I will be running for the cycle of liquidrone, it depends on when I receive the product. If I receive it later in next week I will start it that following Monday coinciding with the start of Sheiko 37.

  4. The first log is always the most exciting, especially with a new and innovative product. I will be following, probrably start mine a week from Monday, to get a good while in to preload my supports. Go get 'em kid!

  5. I am psyched about this log. I have a good routine that is working for me, diet is stable and I am making progress even without the aide of liquidrone. Got in the protein shake I will be taking during this log, LG Sciences new protein. It is a gemma pea protein with a 90-95% absorbtion and full of amino acids.

  6. I want to try the LG protein (its in my closet) but I'm so stocked up I just need to get rid of some stuff at this point!

  9. Sheiko is working great. Im losing some body fat and water weight and flying thru the workouts. It is a really high volume routine but my body is responding really well. Im sore after the workout but by the next day im ready to kill some weight. Ive lost about 8lbs since i started(3wks ago) and I feel great. Its a good routine for stamina, and I have even added 15min cardio to the end of each session.

  13. LG sciences protien sounds badass but for 65 for 5lbs is a bit pricey

  15. Wanted my body too have a good rest before I took pictures and measurement, so I will have them up by tomorrow night. AMS said they will ship the product out Monday, so I will probably start taking the liquidrone on Saturday after a good week of pre-load of support supps. I am taking a liver supplement with milk thistle and an isolate of milk thistle, Vitamin B complex and high dose Vit C for some good antioxidants.

    Make sure you load something for BP, before the cycle.

  17. While I am on here let me post an outline of my diet. I am a poor college student so it is very basic and I buy the cheapest foods.

    Breakfast:
    Oatmeal
    Flax
    Yogurt
    Toast
    Protein Shake

    Lunch:
    Chicken
    Rice
    Toast
    Protein Shake

    Dinner:
    Chicken
    Stir Fry(veggies)
    Rice
    Protein Shake

    Preworkout:
    carbs

    Postworkout:
    Fast digesting protein/carbs

    I will take the liquidrone as directed 2X/Day roughly 8hrs apart. I will probably take my doses at 10AM and 7PM.

  18. liver support is always good, but liquidrone in non-methylated compound. Also being a broke ass......with a kid.... you can hold off on the liver supps. I dunno it's your choice, but you're right ........the safer the better

  19. Hey guys, just wanted to update my log again. Tonight I will be posting my body measurements. I am a little ashamed of my bi/tri size, but to my defense I never really train them anymore. Here are the measurements:

    Right:
    Thigh 26.5
    Calf 15.25
    Waist(above belly button) 39
    Chest 43
    Shoulders 55
    Bicep 14.5

    Left:
    Thigh 26.5
    Calf 15.25
    Chest 43
    Shoulders 55
    Bicep 15

    I had also wanted to post pictures but my camera is out of batteries. Got my PCT supplies in today and here is what I will be running. It is a simple PCT but with this compound I am ok with what I have:
    ALRI Restore
    SuperSaponins
    MST CRE 02
    Nolva/Clomid(not for sure if ill need it but I have access too)

  20. As far as the workout goes I will be finishing Sheiko 29 the 4th week and by the time I start taking the liquidrone I will be starting Sheiko 37 which is even more volume than 29. I think everyone watching this log is in for a treat as far as how I progress thru this cycle.

    The maxes I will be basing progress from will be as follows:

    bench: 255
    squat:345
    good morning: 225

    *I am doing good mornings in place off deads becasue of my back injury, so I am taking it easy on deads. I still train deads but for now I only go up to 225.

  33. good mornings actually make my back feel better. When I am done my back doesnt feel compressed at all. deads feel solid at 225 and I am always tempted to go higher but I am playing it safe.

  36. I switched deads out with good mornings yesterday. I have to say that i may keep it that way for a while. My back didnt tighten up on deads like it has for the last few weeks. I have a feeling that less(weight) is more with the good mornings. I guess thats why Westside trains with g.m's

  37. Had a little chat with inarius about sheiko training. It is supposed to be an 8wk program, but I have only been able to find outlines for 4wk programs. Well, we decided that I will test after 4wks and redo the calculations for percentages and go from there, starting another 4wk run. I will be changing from the #29 program to #37 which has more volume in hopes the liquidrone will boost my ass thru all the hard reps/sets.

  38. I always preferred back extentions over g.m.'s. Have you guys ever tried rack deads? They will really strengthen your lower back. I used to getback spasms when I was younger, after performing deads and squats. Ever since I started doing rack deads, I haven't had a problem. I guarantee you will be able to make killer gains if you add then to your regimen. My starting max was 225 for 10, and now I can do 405 for 8, over the course of about 3 years.

  39. BTW, does anyone know if the LD has shipped yet? I'm getting antsy, wanted to start on Monday.
