T-911 and joint probs

  1. T-911 and joint probs


    well into my 4th week of T-911 solo. Gains are respectable. Only about 3 lbs. but I have leaned out a ton. I have very visibly cut alot of fat. However, this week my joints are giving me a fit. Specially my knees and ankles. Anyone have any suggestions?


  2. Add some joint support, EFA's and perhaps even look at your movements and see if they are 100% correct
