Applied Sustain Alpha in the morning after a hot shower. Dropped a scoop of Toco-8, like always, with breakfast. Add a couple cups of coffee this morning as well.
Bench: 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 295x1
Dumbell Bench (Bottom 3/4, not full extention) w/ pause: 75x10x2, 105x4x1, 90x5x2
Standing Barbell Press: 95x10x3 superset with Pull-ups: bw x10x3
Side Laterals: 20x10x3
Took a serving of EndoAmp post workout.
NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, libido is way up...

Leg Extentions 110x12x2 superset w/ barbell lunges: 115x10x2
Pull Throughs: 30 reps total light weight
Standing Calf Raises: 210x20x1, 220x20x1, 240x20x1
Applied Sustain Alpha in the morning. Took a scoop of Toco-8 with breakfast. I've noticed that my face is a little bit oiler, few more pimples, sex drive is definitely up, and I feel a little bit more aggressive.

BLOOD RESULTS ARE IN!
March 25 2009 (Day 25 of the Testosterone Recovery Stack)
My individual evidence that this stack 'walks the walk.'
My Total T and Estradiol Levels Came in at 528 and 93 for my baseline blood test pre-cycle, on March 2nd 2009.
My Total T and Estradiol Levels show significant improvement after two weeks, Testosterone 647 and Estradiol 47....March 13th 2009.
I'm either going to do the next blood test at the 4 week mark, or possibly at the end of the second bottle.
Libido definitely is poppin'. It certainly wasn't in the gutter before, but I've gotten a noticeable boost, which correlates well with the bloodwork.
I want to delve in a little deeper to why my estrogen levels were so high at the beginning. Has anyone else read about the effects of caffeine consumption on estrogen levels?

Rubbed on Sustain Alpha this morning. Took a serving of
Toco-8 and EndoAmp with breakfast. Went out and did some reading at the beach today and got some sun. It advises not to do this on the bottle, but that spring sunshine sure felt good!

This is my 30th day on the Testosterone Recovery Stack). So far, so good. I'll be running my last blood test on Friday morning.
I've missed logging a couple workouts the past couple days. I'm going to go ahead and just start from today though. Also, due to my high estrogen levels at the beginning of this cycle, I've decided to cut out caffeine completely from my diet for a while. Its been about a week, no caffeine. Prior to this cycle, I was a caffeine junkie...really haven't felt any withdrawals, maybe a little tired the first few days.
Rubbed on Sustain Alpha this morning. Took a serving of
Toco-8 with breakfast, as usual.
Incline Dumbell Bench: 60x10, 75x8, 95x7, 95x5, 75x8
Flat Dumbell Bench: 75x10x3
Decline Dumbell Flys: 40x4x10
Barbell Lunges: 45x10, 95x10, 135x8, 135x8
Back Extentions: 60 total reps
Standing Calf-Raises: 210x20, 240x20, 270x10/190x10
Reverse Curls: 60x10, 75x10, 75x10 superset with Decline Dumbell Skulls: 25x10, 35x10, 25x10
Dropped a serving of EndoAmp post workout, with some rice, beans, and micellar casein protein that I bought today.

March 31 09 Nearing the end of my cycle of the Testosterone Recovery Stack.
Rubbed on Sustain Alpha in the afternoon today. Took a serving of Toco-8 and EndoAmp after a hour long hot yoga class today.
On a side note, I've gained a few pounds the past week, probably due to the fact that I cut out caffeine from my diet. At first I noticed a little bit of decrease in energy and I've now noticed that my appetite is up.

Chicken, rice pilaf, mushrooms, and two natty light beers pre-workout...
Warm up: Squats: 135x10x4
Incline Bench: 135x10, 185x10, 205x8, 225x3/185x5, 185x6
Flat Dumbell Bench: 75x8x4
Decline Dumbell Flys: 45x12x4
Seated Calf Raises: 140x15x4
Standing Calf Raises: 230x15x4
EndoAmp post workout, with some micellar casein protein.

Been way side tracked lately and haven't got around to posting up my final blood tests from the Testosterone Recovery Stack
My four week blood test showed Total T 364 and Estradiol at 50... Obviously, this is not what was expected! Assuming the blood tests are spot on, the first two weeks showed a drop in estradiol and an increase in Test. Two weeks later, the same estradiol level, but lower test... The only major difference I changed in my diet was dropping caffeine the last two weeks... I did have one day where I got plastered, but it was probably 3-5 days before the blood test.
No doubt about it, while on the four week cycle, my libido was up. I was lifting fairly hard and doing hot yoga a few times a week. Diet was decent, but not perfect.
Any theories on why this happened?

Dropping caffeine should have, if anything, increased your T/E ratio. I believe the binge drinking negatively affected your final result; the effects last for days and were manifested in your final results. That would have raised the E2.
Also overtraining can lower testosterone.

After seeing first hand what drinking can do to hormone levels, it will definitely deter me from binge drinking in the future...
You read the studies and know its bad for you on paper, but when you see the results for yourself, its pretty stunning.
I had been completely dry since the end of Decemeber too. I am cutting it out of my life completely, starting today. Will be starting a cutter soon as well.

Will be doing a modified protein shake diet, with a few solid meals incorporated. Pretty low carb, fish oils.
For exercise, a full body split 3-4 times a week, hot yoga nearly everyday, and sprints or jumprope 1-2 a week...
