Thanks to generic labs for posting their supplement across the atlantic to me. I will be starting taking this supplement on monday and this is the first time I have taken a prohormone.............I hope it does what is says on the tin..

here is my stats

age:30
height:5'11
weight: was around 80kg but have cut down to about 70.

I am hoping no that my body fat is around 12% that X-mass will help me build up lean muscle through a clean bulking diet, with as little fat gain as possible...................... not to worry though clen on hand for desserts!

ok getting planned up for th start of this coures. goona start dose low and see how my body copes and then jack up in the second week. As with anything drug orientated my body always seems to need a high dose to have an effect so no doubt I will bump up (but this is side dependent of course).

week 1 - 2tabs (80mg)
week 2 - 3tabs (120mg)
week 3 - 3tabs (120mg)
week 4 - 3tabs (120mg)

I will be loading with creatine and the BCAA-EE (2 tab pre and 4 tabs post)

will be trying to eat around 2-3000cal every day (clean of course) and of course 1.5-2g of protein per lb body weight (through whey protein shakes/bars and of course fish, chicken and red meats).

also taking
milk thistle
cod liver oil
flax seed

will start with chest and bi's tomorrow and record my sets and stats.

OK ate like a horse today and feel like a stuffed turkey but its all good.

here is my stats for the start of this course, i hope these improve. I will record weight gain at the end of every week. I took one tab this morning an the other about 3 oclock -an hour before workout.

still on two tabs a day will start on three tomorrow and go all out. no sides thati have noticed, although temper is up the past two or three days. I have a bad temper anyway so maybe i am just noticing this as im on the xmass?

nice log so far im in on this one. what supps are you going to use for pct? i was thinking about running x mass and this is exactly what i have been waiting for. good luck on the cycle

Yeah, I pleased with the product so far although I have read its a slow acting compound so I hope to see good mass gains over the next two weeks.........i log my weight anyhow. Im gonna run clomid post cycle and some sort of test booster diesel test is recommended but i cant get my hands on any!

Never heard of it before but will give it a search. I find it hard to get som products as many of the products available in the USA are not as easily acessed here in the Uk. I intend on using clomid but need to find a good test booster to run with this. Il have a search for this and see if i can find some if its recommened. thanks

BODYFAT HAS NOT BEEN REDUCED WITH THIS PRODUCT, IN FACT I THINK MINE HAS INCREASED A LITTLE BUT NOT ENOUGH TO DESTROY MUSCLE DEFINITION. THERE IS DEFINATELY SOME GOOD GROWTH WITH THIS PRODUCT AND I HAVE NOTICED THIS ESPECIALLY ON MY LEGS AND STOMACH MUSCLES. SOME GREAT PUMPS AS WELL.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND THIS WAS A GREAT INTODUCTION TO PRO-HORMONES AND I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN. I DID MAKE SOME SOLID GAINS AND THERE WAS A LITTLE DRYNESS TO THIS PRODUCT. X MASS GAVE SOME GREAT PUMPS DURING SESSIONS AND THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO SIDES THAT I COULD SEE.

first week PCT strength still up and still lifting good weights. May have dropped a couple of pounds of gains but will keep a record of this up until i finish PCT
