Hello everyone, I started my PRIME today and this my log. See below for a basic format of my workout, diet and supplementation schedule.

Nutritional info:
Caloric intake fluctuates daily between 2250 and 2600, carbs are only counted post workout meal. Otherwise 1 whole grapefruit and 1-2 servings of fresh blueberries are spread across the morning and afternoon meals; both of which accelerate the burning of lipids over carbs.

Workout Schedule:
All Workouts are before breakfast.

Cardio and Abs: Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Alternate between Bike and Treadmill, Steady State 40 minutes and Interval 30 minutes.
Example pattern: Bike SS > Treadmill Interval > Bike Interval > Treadmill SS ETC...

Full Body Weights: Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
2 work sets and a strip set for each exercise. 1 exercise per
bodypart mostly compound movements.

Preworkout Supps starting upon waking.

Well I think I know what my next order is. I am a little nervous about the possibility of blood sugar getting low afterwards is this a problem?

Have you Tried bulk Plsin? Because 400mgs before this meal would be nice

Day 2 and more information

A little extra information, I am currently preparing for a show in May. Unfortunately I am also suffering some severe tendonitis in my left elbow. I am already taking Bulk Cissus which some how escaped my supplement line up above. A lot of my weights are down since I am trying to minimize damage so I don't have down time before the show. I am performing more reps than usual at about a 2-1-2 tempo to use the time under tension principle. That added to the slower concentric movement also helping with Growth Hormone production I hope that it will give a little synergistic boost to the 1-carboxy.

Tempo 2-1-2

Flat DB Bench:
100x12, 100x10>75x5>50x7

DB Bent Over Row
100x12, 100x10 : no burn out, tendon really hurt on this one.

Lateral Raise Machine:
100x10, 100x9>80x7>60x5, tendonitis will not allow DB Lateral Raises right now.

Squats:
135x15, 285x12 285x10 Hurt hip last week (not warming up enough) and could not go to 315, perhaps I will be back up there next week. No burnouts, not safe in my opinion. I may add extra work set on week 2 or 3 for main leg exercise to take advantage of extra recovery.

Stiff Leg Dead Lifts:
205x12, 205x12 done with 25's instead of 45 plates so I can go deeper.

DB Shrugs
130x15, 130x13 no burn outs - gripping was hurting tendonitis

Close Grip Bench
245x7, 245x5>155x12 = Arm exercises often only get one drop set in my workouts. They are often already burned from the other exercises.

Barbell Curls
135x5, 115x8>65x11

All in all today felt like any other workout.

Most of my supplements are staples. Below I will list what some of the less familiar supplements are aimed at.

Divanil / Nettle Root extract = increases free testosterone

Sesamine = Releases lipids from receptors

Salvia Miltiorrhiza = Does not allow lipids to attach to receptors leaving them in blood stream to be burned as engery or removed during waist process.

Bulk 1-carboxy (USPowders) = causes Growth Hormone output equal to 2 IU's of injectible growth hormone.

Yohimbine = fat loss amongst as well as the added bonus of sexual health.

Day 3, also posted up before pics.

So far today is great took my morning doses of everything. Wednesdays are my early day at work shift starts at 6:30AM. I will do my cardio on Wednesdays in the afternoon. So I moved my post workout meal later and just had a regular lower carb meal with grapefruit this morning. I also walk 3 miles at lunch when weather permits. Got to get out of the office! Today weather permits so I willalso be walking and then today is a treadmill steady state workout 40 min and some ab and calf work followed by 15 minutes in the dry sauna.

Cardio Days!:bruce3: WooHoo! Okay so it even sounds fake to me... Oh well, gotta do it.

First I would like to thank USPLabs for the generous care package. I can't wait to start adding these to my stack. I will get to test out the Jack3d, and P-Slin for the first time tonight.

TRAINING

I had a great run outside yesterday. It was really nice to hit the road instead of being on a treadmill. As a matter of fact the last 400 yards or so of my run I was able to finish it in an ALL OUT SPRINT!!!!!! I can not say this is typical because I have not run outside in a while because of weather. However make note I had an assload of gas in the tank even after the sprint.

Today is a lifting day. I would have normally already been done but I am covering for someone today so I am on early shift again. I either have to fight everyone at the gym tonight, or workout in the garage. I think I will opt for the garage!!!!!! Oh how I hate missing my morning workouts. At least the garage isn't freezing now. It is late to mid February, so getting any more "cold" weather in Houston Texas is pretty unlikely.

Sorry for those of you still dealing with snow!!!!!!

Nutrition:

So far meal wise has been great today, getting all of them in. Yesterday I missed a meal and made up for all of it but 200 cals by the end of the day. Very frustrating but life is life eh?

Mood and other general info:

I do have to say I am noticing a little alpha male activity going on. My chest is always up high, flapping my wings and displaying my brightest colors to show dominance and attract female attention. Physically I feel great and ready to pounce or spring into action at any moment. I have a feeling that I may have to sew my skin back around my biceps if the P-Sin gets me much more pumped than I am already feeling. I will either put up a full report tonight or tomorrow regarding how my first workout dosing the P-Slin, and the Jack3d. WOOHOO!!!! Do you FEEL the excitement!

Day 5 update - new supp additions and notes.

I took my P-Slin and Jack3d for the first time last night. I have to tell you it was a great workout.

Below are the details of the dose, nutrition surrounding, supplementation, feel, pump, and intensity.

NUTRITION

5:45PM - P-Slin
6:00PM - I had 46 grams of whey protien, and 69 grams of carbs from low sugar oatmeal
6:30PM - 2 scoops of jack3d
6:45PM - Start sipping on BCAA and 25 grams WMS mixture continue sipping through workout.
7:10PM Begin workout.
8:00PM Complete workout, and take Cissus dose
8:10PM 50gr WP, 1/2 apple and 20 almonds and Dilute and finish remaining 1/3 of bcaa and WMS solution.
9:30PM 1.6 grams 1 carboxy, 1/4 tsp Salvia, 1/4 tsp Nettle Root
10:30PM 20 gram WP, 1.5 OZ peanut/almond mixture, 2 PRIME

TRAINING:2-1-2 tempo, 60 seconds rest.

Incline Bench:

TRAINING TIP: Performed with arms pointed behind the head at a 45 degree angle to bring the third head of the triceps more into the movement. It will also involve the lats, as well as the serratus and abs into the movement by using them to force your trunk to stay in the same position on the bench. Do not allow the ribs to rotate up toward the ceiling to make the movement easier. Try this I bet you will love it. BUT you will have to lower your weight.

The initial supplement feel:


Now I have to tell you that by 6:15PM 30 minutes post dosing P-Slin I was feeling a "buzz" of energy starting to come on. I can only assume from the P-Slin starting to shuttle everything in my blood into my muscles. I have to say I had already started the flexing and popping of my muscles that I do after taking my normal stimulant NO Product. I just had a readyiness for action if you will. In order to have everything in perspective, I do also have to admit this was going to be my first CARBED UP workout in a while.... So I have to take that into account. However there was a definite difference even before I took the Jack3d at 6:30. By 6:45 I was pacing back and forth in my animalistic way. Itching to just get out there and lift. Voice booming unintentionaly that kind of energy rush. NO JITTERS!!!!! My daughter needed me so I got stuck a few mniutes extra and didn't get to start the workout until after 7:00PM.

The workout intensity:

From about the 7th or 8th rep of 235 on my first workset of incline bench I knew I was going to have a great workout. The normal pang or twinge that says you only got 1 or 2 more reps in you simply had not arrived yet. That feeling came between reps 10 and 11 reps this time. I was expecting around 8-9 reps here at the tempo I am working so this was a great start. After getting up from my set and moving the bench I was able to quickly jump up and do 14 wide grip body weight pull ups. Now I haven't done a pull up in a little bit because of the tendonitis so hitting 14 was a shock to me. I went on to push myself hard on every lift. I was very impressed with how quickly I was ready to get back under the weight again after each set. I am very fast twitch oriented so quick recovery is a definite sign that the products are working. I finished my prescribed workout and to be honest I wanted to add some sets and exercises but decided it is best not to do too much to fast.

The PUMP, and Post Workout:

I was so pumped after my workout that I had to wait a bit to take a shower. I was not going to be able to shave my head with my arms and shoulders as full and pumped as they were. I could not get my arms down to my side and my legs were rubbing together halfway down to my knees. Once again I have to give the introduction of carbs and high insulin sensitivity some credit but this was still an uncommon pump even for when I am consuming carbs regularly. Between the P-Slin and the Jack3d, I can definitely say I was Jack3d x3. All in all I loved the feeling but was nervous about not being able to fall asleep.

Okay, so it is 9:30 at night, I am wide awake and feeling like maybe I should go run a few miles to burn of the energy from the Jack3d. What to do? Well... Thanks to the 1.6 grams of 1 -carboxy I took at 9:30 doing it's thing I was fighting to stay awake by 10:15. I had to eat one last meal and take my last dose of PRIME at 10:30. I honestly don't think I saw the clock hit 10:40. Great stuff. So far I would have to say that USP Labs products are proving to be top notch as expected.

Update, tested new P-Slin carb up- Current Stats

I took my measurements and BFP this morning and they are listed at the bottom of the entry today.

Friday:
This was a great day, I got up in the morning and rode the bike for 40 minutes, and 389 calories followed by 15 minutes of ab and trunk work in the dry sauna. Had tons of energy after first 5 minutes of workout and plenty to continue beyond prescribed workout length All pre-cardio workout and during workout supps taken as scheduled. I sip BCAAs 15 - 20 minutes before and during my cardio since it is unfed.

Saturday = Weight Workout took P-Slin again different method this time to see how it worked. Details below:

NUTRITION:
Pre-Workout
90 minutes prior to planned workout P-Slin
75 Minutes to workout 46 g WP, 40g Carbs Blueberries and oatmeal, 2 PRIME, ¼ tsp NR, ¼ tsp Salvia
50 Minutes to workout slam 15 grams WMS
30 Minutes to Workout 3 scoops Jack3d
15 Minutes before and through workout sip BCAA and 25g WMS Solution
SUM total of carbs for P-Slin 80g half and half solution, complex carbs first for a good base then fast acting carbs just before and throughout workout.

Post Workout:
4:30 Cissus
4:40 50 g WP, 25 g carb from baked Yam, reintroduction of fat after P- Slin, 6 1.3 mg Omega blend capsules, 2 more PRIME… WHAT? Yeah Baby upping my dose on workout days. The dose added to the pre-workout meal is an extra dose making a count of 8 caps on weight training days. I heard from a very good source this may have some added benefits. He adds 3 to his pre-workout but money is a factor for me right now. Lucky man Snagency!!!!

All other supplement and nutrition follows pattern set in first post.

NOTES and Comments Section:

The initial supplement feel:

I have to say my experience with P-slin and Jack3d today was very much like the one I had with my initial weight workout using the 75 grams initial and 25 WMS throughout. All in all I dropped some of the carbs and got less from the oatmeal and berries than previously. I have to say that I had less stomach discomfort this way but that was the only difference from the previous workout. Pump, strength and stamina were all top notch.



Workout Intensity:
Excellent! I pushed with all I had at that tempo. By the middle of my second set my muscles were trembling and pushing through each new rep. Recovery between sets was intense, could not stay still, walking back and forth shaking it out and flexing, bouncing up and down on the toes and shrugging shoulders. You know that feeling. I hope you do anyway. ;)

Note:
Using the Hammer strength machines instead of free weights to safely allow me to have an open grip on push movements to keep some of the strain off of my tendonitis.

Pump and Post Workout:
15 minutes after the Jack3d dose I got the tingle in my skin that tells me the dilation of capillaries has begun and my blood has truly begin to really pump in my veins. I got started a little late but already was looking pumped in the mirror again before I ever touched a weight. At on point in the gym I looked in the mirror and was really impressed with the “swole” individual looking approvingly back at me. Yesterday at 8:00PM my friend and sometimes workout partner stops by and I am shirtless, he says man your pumped, did you just get done working out? I finished my workout at 4:30PM…. ENOUGH SAID!!!!!

Thanks for the compliment! It is the Carb Haters Anonymous Diet Athlete version. I have to say I am averaging about 5-6 hours of sleep a night which is my normal pattern. The 1-Carboxy that I am taking is knocking me out smooth 45 minutes after taking it, and I wake up and 10 minutes into the day I have pep in my step. Fully rested to be honest.

Speaking of recovery, today I was in my garage waiting for a neighbor to pick something up and well my weights were in there. Now today is a REST day, and I couldn't keep myself from playing. My neighbor works out in there sometimes and had 135 on the trap bar and 135 on the bench so I picked up the trap bar and BAM played with it shrugging for 50 reps. Then sat on the bench pressed 35 reps before he showed up so I racked the weight. Totally random, but the energy was just there and ready to fire so I had to take advantage of it. I didn't even take PRIME today.

Week 1 completed

I have finished my first week of my USPLabs PRIME and bulk 1-Carboxy as well as added in P-Slin and Jack3d to my supplement stack.

Stats Progress
191 lbs. @ 8.46% > 190 @ 7.5% = 1 percent BF lost.
Fat Mass down 1.89 Lbs.
Lean Mass up .89 Lbs.

Training Progress,
Unfortunately with the varying exercises and modifications I keep having to make to account for my tendonitis I can not give any linear comparison in strength. I can attest to more strengh throughtout the workout. Ability to push out more reps than anticipated on most lifts. At the end of my workouts I could easily workout longer, I just don't want to leave the gym.

Overall Feel:
I feel great, I definitely have the Alpha Male thing going on right now. I am not sure if that comes from the USPLabs PRIME or the NettleRoot actually increasing my free testosterone or a mixture of both. I am definitely feeling ALL MALE. I typically tend to move around a lot and flex or pop my muscles, I think it is just part of my ADHD but I have started to notice I am doing it more often and harder. For example for no apparent reason I will just get the urge to flex my tricep so hard that I can feel the fibers pulling against eachother and I will want to hold it for a few seconds. Some thing with chest, back and legs. It is like there is a surplus of good stuff in there and it needs to squeeze some old stuff out to make room for the new. Heck I really don't know but it sure does feel good. At an attempt not to sound gimmicky I will try not to say it is an electrifying feeling. Well because that would sound cheesy but maybe to explain it like this. I feel like my muscle is a house fulll of natural gas. It is at top volume and just waiting for someone strike a match so they can explode into action. In other words the supps are setting up the environment to be PRIMED for muscular activity. Haha, that one was unintentional LOL

Notes for consideration:

While I have no doubt that USPLabs PRIME is working. I think I can probably attribute more of the changes in my body composition to the P-Slin and Jack3d as well as the added carbs which is part of the plan with the P-Slin. All in all this week has been very promising.

Morning Run:
3 miles outside 10 minute miles, Abs on exercise ball.

Run went great, had no issues with breathing and felt I could have kept running.

Okay so today has been a great day!

Today was a weight day... YES!!!!!!!!! I decided to try my P-Slin after my workout since there is no time for eating. I also did my carbs up a little differently today as well. Details to follow.

Nutrition:

4:20 Wake Up, take 1.6 grams 1-carboxy, and 3 scoops of Jack3d 2 PRIME
4:45 Arrive at gym with workout drink in hand. Total of 48 grams of BCAA's, CM, and 15 grams WMS.
6:10AM Finish workout Pop 1 P-Slin, and 2 cissus.
6:30AM Slam protein shake 46 grams WP, and 15 grams WMS 2 PRIME

Once again it was a great workout.

Supplement feel.
Today I had a great workout, my skin was tingling before I got to the gym, Jack3d was in full force. I started drinking my workout drink about 10 minutes into warm up and workout so the 1 -carboxy had its time to release GH before adding fast acting carbs to my stomach. This was my first morning unfed training that I have done with 3 scoops of Jack3d, but I think unfed I may need to stick to 2 scoops for a bit. At one point I was going so fast and was so pumped I almost got a lil uncomfortable in the stomach for a minute or two. Once I took a breathe and calmed down I was good to go. I just got all kinds of intense and I didn’t have any breakfast top decorate the floor with. GREAT STUFF! I have been taking pre work out stims for a while and Jack3d definitely has tons of kick.

General feel:

I honestly have to say I feel great, like a million bucks. I am all about it, and I am not even sure what “IT” is. Physically other than a few areas I have just beat the crap out of I feel great. Here is something that is pretty amazing to me. I haven’t done push ups in a few weeks but when I would start with a set of 50 asnd really be pushing by the end of it then maybe 2 sets of 25 to make 100. Well yesterday I decided while on my walk at lunch to add in some push ups. I got down and popped out 50 like it was NOTHING! I got up walked another 2 minutes and did it again. Still no strain to get to 50, 3rd set of 50 till not hard. Today I decide I will just see if I can get to 75, I got there and was only really beginning to feel a strain on my muscle. Second set I pushed through to 80 that is just pretty damn impressive and I have to give the credit to the stack on that one.

Orange, It really depends on why you are using it. I am using it for recomposition, and anabolic reasons.

First, the reason for taking the 1-Carboxy is to release Growth Hormone into the system at the equivilent of an injected dose of 2 IU of synthetic Growth Hormone per serving.

Now for the reason I take it.

Growth Hormone is the basically the Grand Daddy of all the anabolic substances your body produces with out bad side effects. That and insulin but Insulin has tons of bad side effects. (Glad I've got P-Slin!) I dose three times a day to keep my body in an anabolic hormonal state, and GH causes the body to strip off fat as well as being the fountain of youth. Keeps your skin healthy, causes better regeneration of all cells in the body.

Growth hormone also helps you get deep rested sleep and when taken at a 1.6 gram dose on an empty stomach an hour before bed you will find yourself getting that melting kind of sleepy about 45 and waking up fully rested :yawn: the next morning possibly with some very vivid dreams to ponder at that.

I think perhaps the person who mentioned that protocal to you was using it for the sleep and rest benefit rather than as an anabolic, fat burning supplement.

If your goals are to lean up, increase strength, and all well being then I would jump into your product with some excitement. It would be great for you to add some type of test booster as well like the SuperSaponins they did not have any in stock when I got mine so I went with the Divanil, or Nettle Root extract, but have been pleased with all of my results so far. I will be getting some of the SuperSaponins now that they are in stock though.

FYI and a request for information / assistance

I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror and I just can't believe it I am still weighing in at 190 but I am telling you I look much leaner this morning.

Also I have some good news about a concern I was having. My skin was not tightening up very well as I was losing weight. I had been pretty big before and just don't have very elastic skin so stretch marks and extra skin were kind of scaring me that this was not going to go away. Since I have started this stack in just a week and a half I have noticed my skin tightening up a lot. The area under my chest, and on the lower portion of my abs would really get contorted pretty bad and kind of wrinkle up when I would flex. Well that is almost gone now! I think that the extra growth hormone I have circulating in my skin is really helping my skin to firm up and rejuvinate. I am telling you this is a huge difference. Before I was just sure it was going to be a major issue now I am not too worried about it.

I do hold more fat under my chest than most people and I think I may go with a transdermal of some sort there like yohimbine to see if that will assist in the localized burning of fat from there. If anyone has any suggestions for this let me know. I am still holding more fat there than I should at my current bodyfat percentage and it is a little disheartening. It has been an issue with these "moobs" since I was 11 or 12.

get a couple bottles of Napalm and a couple of Lipoderm Ultra and cycle back and forth 2 weeks Napalm then 2 weeks Lipoderm. This should help, I have similar issues...

Thanks for the reply, I didn't have a set plan, but I was figuring on running it in about a month along side of Havoc, so maybe I'll look a little further into the way your dosing.

3. Use 1-carboxy 3X/Day, During the Havoc, and the PCT

Honestly if it is a short cycle 3 may be ok, I don't think you want to stimulate hte GH output longer than 12 weeks before allowng it to recover and regain sensitivity. However 1 or two are good choices also. Not sure how much you have that could be your deciding factor.

Update and a NEW Personal Record!

I did it. I know I wasn't supposed to. I read all of the warnings, all of the precautions, yet I still had to go in and lift yesterday on a cardio day. Head hanging in shame... Okay not really my head was down because I was admiring how my ABS ARE COMING OUT!!!! I wanted to share what I did and how it effected my workout this morning.

First, I have to say that I read about the Centuries that FANZ posted and I am going to just test myself on it either Saturday or Sunday. My touch up workout was to be for the whole body but I decided to only do upper body pumping yesterday kind of like cardio so that I can do the centruries later this week.

We have FreeMotion machines at our gym, they are basically cable machines for every bodypart. They have one that it fully adjustable the arms pivot 180 degrees so they can be parralel, diagonal or vertical. I picked a weight that would be heavy on some movements and a little light on others and then went through a push, pull, curl, and extention movement from about 8 different angles. I just kept going and going and going, dripping sweat everywhere, pumped up so big I looked like it hurt. It was AWESOME! Okay so I did that for about 30 minutes and had an amazing workout then did some abs in the sauna.

This mornings workout.

Well I have to admit that most of my weights and abilities were somewhat hampered this morning from beating the crap out of them on the cables. Man that was just a great workout. You will see a drop in wieght and reps on some things, and some stuff that is just downright impressive to me, a new personal record on chins. Here we go.

Oh yeah, I got my AP and PowerFULL in today. Excited to add them to my stack. I think I am starting them tomorrow, No real reason to wait until Monday right? Yeah I didn't think so either... I am going to us AP, PowerFULL, Jack3d, Recreate, BCAA's and WMS pre workouts to assist my workouts in the morning as they are unfed. I will only use my P-Sin following the weight workouts and use the AP for the rest of the day. I believe I will see some fantastic results with recomp this way.

On another note, I weighed in this morning unfed at 189LBS, I dropped a pound so far this week. :)

It's not so much competition expereince in this case but Prime experience, I've walked a fine line with Prime overtraining myself... :31:

Update and upcoming modifiations.

Cardio Day today,

430AM Anabolic Pump, PowerFull, Prime
445AM Start sipping 25 grams BCAAs and 10 grams WMS
500AM Begin cardio
630AM 46g WP, 1/2 cup oats,
9AM 3 Egg and 3 egg whites omelet, 3.5oz chicken breast, half grapefruit.

I did 25 minutes interval training on the bike followed by doing the random for at level 10 for 5 minutes, and level 12 for last ten minutes, and a full cool down.
40 minutes - 403 Calories

Abs and trunk work in sauna.

General info, upcoming plans to modify diet.

I am losing bodyfat and I think possibly building muscle right now, which is a nice surprise. However, I am still going to have to up my cardio soon. I am trying to decide between a second bout later in the day or trying 1 hour at a time. I think I would rather do 2 sessions with a little more intensity. I really like my interval training followed by a little steady state cardio.

I am looking at my diet as well. To take advantage of some of the new supplements I have incorporated into my stack I need to mildly redesign my diet. I beleive as of Monday I will be putting in a monitored ratio of 50P/25C/25F or 50P/20C/30F. We will see how it works out once I line up all the macro-nutrient requirements based off of my weigh in and body fat on Sunday. I will post up the new plan / pattern once I line it all up. I know for sure I plan on using 25-35 grams complex carbs during 3 meals after each Anabolic Pump serving on cardio days. P-Slin will be added to weight days only and will be followed by a 75-100 grams of mixed carbs depending on my current composition, going all the way up to carb depletion time. The extra 300-500 calories on weight training days will be pre- and post workout, or mid morning snack at the latest. Once obtained normal eating pattern will resume.

Yah that's me at my last contest a few years ago...back then I did almost no supps so I couldn't have gave advice on them. I did however learn to diet and train without them. So when I started using supps more I could really better guage their effect on me.

Well I am excited to say I am still burning fat and actually building muscle. I am going to really be feeling out my approach to the show as the scale can no longer be an indicator of progress. I was worried that maybe I really needed to revamp my calories but from what I can tell the fat loss is pretty on point. I am going to work a little more on leaning out this weak and see what happens when PRIME really kicks in this week.

Oh yeah, having some issues with skin not tightening up as fast as I had hoped. Making me look like I am carrying more fat than I am. When I do my skinfolds it is alway on point and I typically go with the higher of any 3 repeat attempts.

Anyone got any "tricks" to tighten the old skin up for a show???????

Yah Prime will recomp you very well, expect to lose fat and gain muscle that's what it does best.

As far as skin tightening, time is the best thing. You can help by keeping your skin moist as possilbe with vitamin E creams but it does take some time for the skin to recover. The tricks are all in the poses, keep good posture and lose skin will not show as much.

Okay so don't laugh at me, but has anyone ever heard of bodybuilders using Preparation H a couple of days before the show to temporarily "shrink" the looser skin? I have heard in on more than a few occasions but have never actually met someone who has employed it.

yah I forgot about this one, it may help a little but I wouldn't expect miracles.

Yes you will likely tighten up some for your second show.

Update and my new detailed diet plan.

First I will give my basic update then I will give you my new meal plan that I formulated from everything I know about the supps I am currently taking so that diet and supps are completely synergystic.

Okay, so yesterday I did cardio, no big deal. My legs were fatigued from the Centuries but not really sore so I had my work cut out for me. I finished and felt great.

On to the big deal from last night. It was my daughters B'Day, she is 5 and does not understand anything about diets, only that Daddy told her he wasn't going to have any of her cake and well THAT DID NOT GO OVER WELL!!!!! SO I do a little quick thinking and BAM, I popped myself a P-Slin and 2 PRIME. About 15 minutes later I eat 7 grams chicken breast with 3 oz guacamole salad. I was hoping the protein and fat content of the meal would eliminate the possibility of the insulin rush after introducing all of the simple sugars by severely slowing the absorbsion rate. If so then only P-Slin would be active pushing all of the blood sugar and nutrients into muscles instead of fat. We went home did the cake thing. I got myself a nice peice of cake and some ice cream, icing and everything, I have to admit it was great and yet entirely to sweet at the same time. SO I am assuming I pounded down 100-200 easily. I waited for an hour and a half then took 2 PowerFull, and 2 more PRIME hoping for that extra nutrient partitioning effect. ;)

WELL... I woke up this morning with a SERIOUS PUMP! Oh how I wish I hadn't been covering the early shift because I was already swolen from last night. When I put my normal workshirt on it was tight around the arms and shoulders just like I had finished my morning weights. NOW THAT'S WHAT'S UP! I wore an identical shirt yesterday washed in the same load and it was not tight like that so it wasn't due to being washed diffrerently. I imagine I would have had a KILLER workout if I could have gone. That is okay, I will AP up before tonights workout then P-Slin my way out of it!!!!!


I have spent some time over the past few days trying to find the best and easiest to follow meal plan for the current supps I am on so that I get a synergystic effect from combining the nutrients and supplements at the right times. Below is what I have come up with and I think I will see great progress this way.


Basic Diet Lay Out

Weights last night. Cardio this morning. General feel.

I did my weight workout last night the gym was ridiculous so the wife and I came home and lifted in the garage. It was a tad bit chilly at first but nothing bad at all.

Flat Bench 265x5, 275x6>215x10>145x10

Chins - BWx17, BWx8>Jump negativesx5 > Wide grip pull down 110x11

Seated Military Press Behind Neck: 145x10, 145x9>95x10>45x15

Skull Krusherz: 125x10, 125x6>75x9

EZ Bar Curls 125x6, 125x5>75x6

On schedule was for legs was Hack Squats, decided to perform post cardio this morning since I do not have a hack machine and really wanted to work that angle.

Jump to morning cardio session:
Bike level 10 for 35 minutes plus cool down, 380 cals.
My legs were totally pumped after riding the bike, felt like I had been squatting or something. Awesome pump from cardio... GOOD STUFF!

Hack Squat Machine:
365x6, stopped early, I had a bad angle and lots of pressure on knee, went down in weight for second workset.
315x10>225x12, moved legs further forward, knee seemed better could have been less weight. I will feel that out on next time around I think foot placement was the issue.

Experience so far:
I have to say that all in all I feel great! Strength seems to be remaining pretty constant while on low cals.I have not lost much if any weight. I weighed in again this morning at 190, but am looking leaner, and a little fuller since incorporating the AP and P-Slin. I have been losing bodyfat each week which is really good considering the lack of much actual weight loss.
I actually find myself feeling very good at times. Euphoric might be the way to desribe it, however I am also VERY Alpha Male right now. I find myself more aggressive than usual. So when it is time to be aggressive, I have turbocharged aggression that turns on like a light switch. Not like a bad temper however it does flare on occasion. I think this is probably directly related to the extra free testosterone from the Nettle Root and the Saponins in PowerFULL. I actually feel like I am physically ready for just about anything at any moment.

So far this has been a great stack and a great experience.

What a drop set!!!!
Awesome, could barely walk after, almost lost my cookies after this one. Totally burned myself out. My system was revolting by the time I got done with the drop set. I had to lower my weights for Close Grip Bench

Seated Calf raise: 125x15

I only did one set. I have a bruised bone on the ball of my foot and then direct pressure on it was hurting so I didn't do a second set.

Overall Feel is still pretty much great. I do notice a little bit of an issue with blood sugar dropping a little coming up on the meal following my AP or P-Slin. Man that stuff must be good to be eradicating the blood sugar like that. I am eating mostly only complex carbs minus the blueberries, and grapefruit. Oh yeah the 15 g of WMS on weight days and that is ingested over the course of an hour and a half. Nothing that should cause any insulin spikes so it is all AP and P-Slin taking doing all of that. Pretty amazing when you think about that fact it isn't putting much if any of that into fat cells unlike real insulin. I think it may have to do with the lower fat content of the higher carb meal. Who knows, but I am assuming it will drop weight off of me quickly without sacrificing muscle. Also, I am really not getting sore anymore. I come out of the gym thinking I am going to be limping or hurting the next day or two and at the most is a light almost electrical twinge of soreness or just a feeling of fatigue in the muscle. I am very impressed with this aspect of the stack.

Oh yeah, I got my bulk SuperSaponins in yesterday, I added 1.8 grams of this to my normal pre workout supplementation. Had great level of aggression as you can tell by the way I attacked the leg press today.

Nonsensical information...
Since I have started this stack and been leaning up one of the BIG (6'1-6'2 270-ish) guys at the gym has for some reason become my official leg humper. I still have scratch marks on my calves from his dew claws this morning. The past two weeks he has been noticing the change and is asking me some type of training question or start up a conversation at least 4-5 times in any given workout. NOW... How do I politely tell this guy to please allow me to workout without interruption and to come to the sauna if he wants to talk. I hate it when people come up to me when I am training, huffing and puffing headphones on psyching myself up for my next set and tada. "Hey man what does holding that bar that way do?" or something worse like just nonsense, telling me the weight he is lifting is really heavier than marked. just trying to be funny. Help me come up with a way to politely tell him that is not appropriate and is effecting my intensity, See I have to do this with out getting all Alpha Male, and man how am I supposed to do that when right now I am a PRIME example of what an Alpha Male is? ;)

Update sorry busy/rough weeked

Sorry I have not been on to update. We had layoffs last week at work and well. Some of my team made it and some didn't. The rest of us had to clean up after everyone that got let go. Pull back all the equipment and what not. THen I had a birthday party. A day ful of errands yesterday just WHEW!!!

I will say I kept up with my workouts and had a great one. I will post up more later right now is very hectic. I will have a few progress pics too.
