My name is Ryan and here's some of my current stats and current max lifts:
Bodyweight: 181
Bench: 275
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 385
I won a can of Test on here by reppin' Animal so I held on to it till I could create the perfect stack. Here it is:
Pak - with breakfast
Test - meal before WO
Stak - 45 min before WO
Pump - 20 min before WO
Intr-Aid - during WO
Nitro - immediately after WO
Torrent - 20 min post-WO
Here's my split:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest/Bi's
Thursday - Back
Saturday - Shoulders/Tri's
I'm starting the stack today because I just can't bring myself to wait. Tomorrow will be my first day in the gym on this stack.
