The shoulder is still sore and the pain runs down thru the bicep. Tonight is chest and bi's so I'll have to test the waters. This whole week is a change of pace, all high rep work. Anyways, here's what went down...

    Wheelz

Leg Press *super-setted with LP Calf Raises

    1 pps x 20 *ss* 1 pps x 20
    2 pps x 20 *ss* 2 pps x 20
    3 pps x 20 *ss* 3 pps x 20
    4 pps x 20 *ss* 4 pps x 12
    5 pps x 20
-On the last set I got about nine straight, I never racked it but I sure as hell wasn't going to quit.

    Freak's Ham Blasters
    BW x 12 for 4 sets

    Seated Calf Raises
    90 x 15 for 3 sets

    Leg Extensions
    80 x 20
    100 x 20
    60 x 56
-I literally fell out of the machine. I couldn't keep my legs under me so I just sat up against the wall while my training partner did his set.

    Lying Leg Curls
    60 x 20
    70 x 20
    70 x 20

    -Workout time was 79 minutes.
-Down to my last few days of M-Stak.
-The high reps kicked my ass!

    Chest and Bi's

    Flat BB

-The plan was lightweight, high reps...
    135 x 20
    145 x 20
    155 x 16
    165 x 14
-Shoulder wasn't feeling too great. It got tight fast. Started feeling the pinch down to my elbow...

    Incline DB
    50 x 15
    50 x 15
    -Absolutely no grip strength left...

    PecDeck
    100 x 15
    100 x 15
-Did these very slow and controlled. Shoulder was numb by this point. Called it quits. Ok wait, maybe I'll try some curls...

    DB Curls
    15 x 25
    20 x 20
-I must have had some nerves pinched because I couldn't feel any kind of pump in my left bi. It was time to stop being an idiot and call it a day.

    -Workout time was 40 minutes.
-Shoulder was throbbing. Spent the night icing it and I took a muscle relaxer. Not feeling too bad right now.
-Tomorrow is back but we'll see. I just might be off the rest of the week.

Thanks MG. Yeah I warm them up, it was just too soon to try lifting on it. If it even remotely starts to flare up tonight, I'm done. I believe I'll be skipping shoulders this week.

So yesterday was back day. I stayed light with higher reps, very slow and controlled. Stayed on a Cybex chest-supported machine for my first three movements. Here's how it went...

    Back

    Cybex Chest-supported Machine

    Overhand Grip:
    100 x 10, 120 x 10, 130 x 10

    Underhand Grip: 100 x 12 for 3 sets

    Hammer Grip: 120 x 10 for 3 sets

    Wide-Grip Pulldowns
    120 x 12
    120 x 12

    V-Handle Pulldowns
    120 x 10
    120 x 10

    Hypers
    25 x 12 for 3 sets

    Straight arm Pulldowns
    30 x 15
    40 x 12

    -Workout time was 48 minutes.
-Like I said earlier, very slow and controlled.
    -Shoulder never flared up once.
-It was my last day of M-Stak, my cycle is officially over. I'll hit the scale tonight for a final weight. I'll post a review in the near future.
-Tonight is shoulders/tri's. I'm going in but we'll see what happens.

    The results....

Ok, so here's my review of my Test/Stak stack. Obviously this is a very expensive stack to run back to back, which I did. Unfortunately there were some unseen events that came up in my life that were beyond my control, which severely hurt my progress.

By four weeks in I was up 7 lbs in bodyweight. Almost all that weight had to be fairly clean considering my waist actually trimmed up. If the drama hadn't happened I could have really foreseen about 15 lbs by the end of my M-Stak.

All my lifts got stronger and my reps also improved. There were a ton of PRs set on this stack. I finally broke into the four pies on my DL which was huge for me!

I would definitely (and probably will) run this stack again. I'll just make sure my home life is stable first so I can reap all the benefits.

If anyone has any specific questions for me I'll gladly answer them, otherwise, the only thing left to do is to thank Universal/Animal for the opportunity to use Test and to run this log. I have been using their supplements for several years now religiously and they never let me down.
